Please Pray for father found unresponsive(Urgent)

A friend has made an URGENT prayer request for Matt, a father that was recently found unresponsive. He has diabetes and has not had any brain activity. He has one child and one on the way. They will be making a decision discontinue life support shortly.

Here is the update from my friend:
"Just wanted to keep you both in the loop, they were told today that Matt’s brain function will not return. They ran some tests and there was still no activity, and the top portion of his brain is virtually gone. His girlfriend and mom need time to process all of this, so for right now, and probably for the next couple of weeks he will be just remaining in ICU. They have to go through the whole power of attorney court aspect, etc., and I imagine they have a lot of internal processing to do. So for right now, it’s business as usual, but I just wanted to keep you informed what was going on."

We don’t know why you are gathering individuals to You at this time, and leaving others behind, seemingly fatherless.
But You know.
And we trust that You will never forsake those who believe in You.
You have a plan for all Your people yet here on earth.
Be with Matt and his family as they struggle with this difficult blow.
Be an ever-present Father to his children and companion to his wife.
Bring faithful Christians alongside to comfort and support them, Lord.
