Father, there are promises of restoration and renewal throughout Your word. We join together today and speak restoration of health, finances, and unity over our families. Restore our churches so they are only seeking and speaking Your truths. Restore our nation to its Godly heritage. Show us, Lord, the things that need to be removed from our lives that may be hindering our relationship with You. We claim restoration over every aspect of our lives. We repent of our sins and ask Your forgiveness so that renewal and restoration can take place.
Restoration of health is spoken of in Jeremiah 30:17 “For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal,” declares the Lord, “because they have called you an outcast: ‘It is Zion, for whom no one cares!’”
There are promises of the restoration of joy in Psalm 51:12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and uphold me with a willing spirit and in Isaiah 61:7 Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore, in their land, they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.
The promise of fortune restored is in Job 42:10 And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he had prayed for his friends. And the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
This restoration promise is in 1 Peter 5:10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
Acts 3:20-21 states …and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.
Psalm 23:3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Father, we stand on these promises because we trust You. You are truth. We worship You with all our hearts. Thank You for Your faithfulness and for caring for us. Refresh, renew, and restore us, we pray. Amen.
