I’ve known arabs in Israel who basically acknowledge all that is described as true. I had an Arab taxi driver acknowledge and marvel at Tel Aviv and said that Arabs could have never built that.
Although some come from family that have resided in modern Israel for a thousand years that would be a minority and they are no different than arabs who currently live and are descended from Syria and Lebanon. The difference is with being loyal to Islam or Catholicsm and and or Christianity. However that region is tribal/ shame/honor society so good luck with all that.

The Arabs in Israel will continue to be there on will continue to grow their population and exercise their rights as Israeli citizens.
