Yes. ALL believers have been given the authorization to do this.

They spit, his, growl... alk sorts of sounds to try and scare you.
And boy can they scream.
It’s hard to explain.
This all started happening after I died in 1988, went to Heaven and then returned to my physical body.

Is that the ONLY one that has been filmed? Maybe I should have made myself CLEARER, since you had to PAY to see that one. It wasn’t shown as a public service, for the love and compassion of people. Just those who had the $7.50 price of admission.
According to deliverance ministers, spitting is one tactic that demons/devils/evil spirits in a person use while being forced to manifest, in order to stop or distract the deliverance process, to aid in their resistance of being cast out or expelled.
They do other things, too. Here is a deliverance service by Pastor Win Worley, of Hegewisch Church in Highland, IN, 1987, which becomes quite lively about 45 minutes in.

When I was growing up in a parsonage, we had foreign missionaries on furlough staying with us on and off all the time. Some of them would tell my parents about demonic events they had dealt with on the mission field. I shouldn’t have listened, but I did. It scared the crap out of me.
When I was in seminary, one of the girls’ dorms was on the third floor of the Administration Building. The floor below us was the professors’ offices. One night we started hearing things falling, moving, etc., in one area down there, and couldn’t figure it out. The doors always were locked so nobody could get in. A few nights, some of the guys manned the doors outside and nobody came or went, but the noises continued.
We finally reported it, and the Missions Professor said he had brought back a mask from Africa on his last visit — which is when the problems began. The noises were coming from his office. He got rid of the mask, and things went back to normal.
