After Investigating 1,000 Near Death Experiences, This Author Came To The Conclusion That Life After Death Is Very Real

Does life after death really exist? The answer to this question has fundamental implications for every man, woman and child on the entire planet, and yet most people don’t spend very much time thinking about it. If this life is not the end, so much of the petty stuff that we spend so much time obsessing over in this life really doesn’t matter, and instead we should be focusing on the things that actually do matter for the life to come. However, if this life truly is the end, we might as well eat, drink, party and enjoy this life as much as possible because it is all we’ve got. Of course that is the approach most of us seem to be taking in recent years, but a growing body of evidence clearly indicates that life after death really does exist. For example, a study that was conducted by Gallup concluded that literally millions of people have had “near-death experiences”…

Everyone has thought about life after death at some point. But millions of people have gone beyond thinking about it to actually experiencing it.

One Gallup study shows millions of people have had “near-death experiences” that gave them a glimpse into the afterlife.

n other words, there are a whole lot of people out there that have gotten a glimpse of the other side and have come back to tell us about it.

Author John Burke has investigated 1,000 of those cases, and his research began about 30 years ago when his father was battling cancer. At the time, he was “not a believer”…

Not sure, but after a bad accident 40 years ago where I should have died, I saw myself laying at the bottom of the canyon unconscience and then again while being toted up a mountain in a basket, I was Watching It!

...literally millions of people have had “near-death experiences...

But none who have had actual death experiences have come back to tell about them.

I believe that when you go under during surgery you are “near death”. I’ve experienced it. For me, personally, it was like time travel. I took my second breath, and in the middle of the breath I was waking up in the recovery room, over an hour later.

I’ve come to the conclusion that there are two ways
it can go, either there is nothing, in which case
there is nothing to worry about. Or there is something
and we’ll find out when we get there so no worries either.

Personally, I very much view this world as a form of the Matrix, but from a Christian perspective.

This one was a death experience that ended badly...

https://thoughtcatalog.com/lorenzo-jensen-iii/2017/12/creepy-last-words-what-29-people-said-right-before-dying/

“Ugh. I was a hospice nurse for many years. Super gratifying job for a nurse, surprisingly. As a ‘regular’ nurse, you are rarely offered thanks. Hospice nursing is an island unto itself. Mostly peaceful, lots of times sad, often a blessing.

This is sad, but also creepy, and I wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t seen it. Had a 20-year-old kid, gang member, who was dying of primary liver cancer. Super unusual, aggressive, and terminal. He was angry at the universe. His family was there to comfort him, but he literally spit in their faces. Every ounce of energy he had left was angry and mean and ugly. His mom would beg him to lighten up and accept Jesus into his heart. He would swing at her and tell her to eff herself. The family remained bedside, in hopes he would chill out at the end.

His last day, hours, moments, he was angry. The family called me into the room, and told me they thought he was going (he wasn’t responding, Cheyne-Stokes breaths, eyes glossy and skin cold–the end was imminent.) His lovely mother, in her dearest attempt, whispered to him to go towards the light, to her Jesus. With his dying breath he opened his eyes, looked at her and said ‘Eff your Jesus!!!’ A second or two later, he slowly turned his head to the to the left, and got the most horrific look on his face as if he was looking at something we couldn’t see, and horrified, like in a bad movie, his face contorted, and he screamed with his last breath, eyes wide, ‘Oh shit, oh shit, OH NOOOOOOO!!!!,’ then made a guttural noise and promptly fell back into the bed and died. Every family member was shaking and too frightened to speak, and I left the room and took two days off. I don’t care if I never find out what he saw.”

ELIZABETH KUBLER ROSS and RON MOODY separately did research last century and came to the same conclusions.

In the case of Moody, he investigated hundreds of cases of near death experiences and documented them in his book, LIFE AFTER LIFE.

Why can’t we do that either way?

The best study was published in the medical journal Lancet in 2001 by Pim Van Lommel, a cardiologist who interviewed patients who were resuscitated after cardiac arrest.

I’ve met him several times and we spoke at length. His study was very objective.

After I died, went to Heaven and then returned to my physical body I had to do a lot of work to understand.

Especially Hebrews 9:27 in the Bible...

"I took my second breath, and in the middle of the breath I was waking up in the recovery room, over an hour later."

Went for a cardiac bypass, twenty years ago. Was waiting on the gurney, in a curtained off space, and the nurse came in and said "This will help you relax..." and shot something into the IV...

Next thing I knew, I was gagging on a tube down my throat, a few hours later, packed in pillows. Didn't even had time for some pithy last words...

Had a friend once whose philosophy was, ‘God may or may not exist, but I’d rather play it safe. If I live right and die and find out he doesn’t exist, no loss. If I don’t live right and die, and find out he does, I’m screwed.’
