My wife was not feeling at all well this morning as she accompanied me at a podiatrist's appointment at the V.A. When we got home her condition worsened. She could barely see, had a pounding headache and was very dizzy. So we drove to the emergency room of a close-by hospital, where they did numerous tests. She is in the midst of an ongoing stroke.

Please pray for her.

She recovered completely from the first stroke, a little difficulty with speech for a time.
Second stroke left her with a visual impairment, eyes not pointing in the same direction, but that eventually righted itself with use of an eye patch.
Third stroke left her without the use of her right hand (she was right-handed) and some difficulty with speech, not able to find the right words, etc. and some cognitive loss.

I’m **this** close to not being able to walk and no longer drive. Had to take a cab home from the hospital. But I’ll try to do a few things.
