I have just received this sad communication from my sister-in-law about her sister, Sarah, who is suffering from breast cancer. She had been admitted to an acute care center in El Paso where she was to continue radiation and chemo, but has been returned to the hospital. (More in comments section.)

Take comfort in the sure knowledge that your sister will soon be with our Lord God. She will be in a new body and never know pain again.

My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus' blood and righteousness
I dare not trust the sweetest frame
But wholly trust in Jesus' name
On Christ the solid Rock I stand
All other ground is sinking sand
Stay firmly and bravely in the Lord.....and in the fact that your FR family is surrounding you and your family with warmth, love and prayer.

Your Thanksgiving day was so much the more special then for hundreds of millions around the globe.
You can appreciate deeply what the spirit of thanksgiving means in the words Paula conveyed to you then you wrote in thread #145.
Words often do not come easy when one somehow wanst to offer comfort to a fellow Christian on things as you now are faced with.
So perhaps I will simply ask HIM for HIS very best upon your whole family. HIS best can extend in time... to be far more wonderful then most of HIS subjects have the ability at their best to convey in word or in writing.
You take care floralamiss.

FRiends, everyone has safely arrived at the hospital in El Paso. They are with Sarah “in a quiet room on the 6th floor. Sarah’s breathing is getting more shallow. She is not in distress and the nurses are keeping her comfortable.”
It looks as if it will be a loving and beautiful passing for Sarah from this world into eternal life.
On behalf of Sarah and her family, I send everyone here our sincerest gratitude for your consoling words and heartfelt prayers.

We quietly wait with you and pray with you for Sarah’s Homegoing.
Thank you Lord that her family arrived safely. Please Lord, hear our prayers...

God bless all of them, and you too. I have followed the thread knowing exactly what they were, and are, going through. This Thanksgiving has been a hard one and I'll keep them in my prayers.
Thank you for your very kind post to me at # 149. I am still finding it hard to write much but I don't forget kindness.

May HIS Almighty and loving hand be upon each of of you in this little Christian family. For some of us that want HIS very very best for each of you in this terrible situation you find yourself in, it is obvious our hearts go out to you folks.
Many most likely have prayed to HIM to produce yet another truly wonderful miracle. If it can be so, then we shall ultimately be blessed by the reports you shall not hold back on. And obviously so much more for your Christian family members.
HIS best to you and yours. George
Stay strong in the coming days. Sarah if ultimately Heaven Bound by all indications.

It's a blessing Sarah's family arrived safely. My prayers are focused on healing as that is Sarah's inheritance. Angels are in that room. God has never left Sarah because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." We Praise Our Father in whatever situation we find ourselves in. What a blessing you are to Sarah and her family in their time of need. They are surrounded with prayerful support because of you.
To: floralamiss
So glad to hear that everyone made it safely there, and that Sarah seems to be at peace.
May God bless and keep you all in this difficult time.
