This is a request I received from a friend at church:
Please put my brother in law, Jerry on your prayer list. He is 51. He was going to the doctor because he thought he had the flu. He didnt feel well enough to get to the doctors office where he had an appointment in one town, so he stopped at a small town clinic a little closer, where his daughter was working. (She was suppose to be at another location today.) He told her his chest was tight from all the coughing he had done, but his left arm was tingling too. She hooked him up to the machine and told him it didnt look right. She turned to face him, to find turning blue. It wasnt the flu, he was having a heart attack. He actually died on her, and she saved him with CPR while a co-worker ran across the street to get the paramedics, who had to shock him 7 times to bring him back. They said had she not started the CPR on him, he would be dead. The doctors said one artery was 90% blocked and the other was 100%. He now has 4 stints.
