Online denominational selector quiz

This is probably the first time I have ever linked to something like this--but this is an online denominational selector quiz that purports to help the user discern which Christian traditions most accord with his or her beliefs. As the quiz designer says, "Many of these are vast oversimplifications, and it is very hard to set options when there are often many differing views even within certain denominations." Therefore this quiz is hardly infallible, but I do think it is one of the better ones I've seen online. Try it out and see where you come out in its analysis.

My own rankings are:
Rank Item Percent
1: Eastern Orthodox (100%)
2: Anglican/Episcopal/Church of England (95%)
3: Presbyterian/Reformed (95%)
4: Lutheran (79%)
5: Roman Catholic (79%)
6: Congregational/United Church of Christ (72%)
7: Baptist (Reformed/Particular/Calvinistic) (64%)
8: Church of Christ/Campbellite (40%)
9: Baptist (non-Calvinistic)/Plymouth Brethren/Fundamentalist (29%)
10: Seventh-Day Adventist (22%)
11: Methodist/Wesleyan/Nazarene (20%)
12: Pentecostal/Charismatic/Assemblies of God (20%)
13: Anabaptist (Mennonite/Quaker etc.) (14%)

While I am a bit puzzled as to the Eastern Orthodox score, I think for the most part these rankings are reasonably accurate for me. I think that in all probability the Eastern Orthodox score was so high at least in part due to the question on church government, and the question on Scripture and Tradition.

I still can't quite figure it out. I have reformed as my #2 response, but I didn't answer the eternal salvation question, probably, in any way that was understood.

As would Arminius, I responded with the 4th option which was "not sure" and I said I was "strongly" convinced of that answer. :>)

We're in luck...I've already had Greek.

So, I went out today and bought a couple of icons and stuck them in my wallet with the rest of the family photos.

Very good (though I mean modern Greek, you know. You'll need it at the festivals!) As for the icons, I trust given your former profession at least one was +John Chrysostomos.:)

I have nothing to say to that. 8~)

My top four were Eastern Orthodox 100%, Roman Catholic 100%, Presbyterian Reformed 97%, and Lutheran 96%. I haven't quite figured out what this means.

1: Baptist (Reformed/Particular/Calvinistic)  (100%)
2: Congregational/United Church of Christ  (93%)
3: Presbyterian/Reformed  (76%)
4: Baptist (non-Calvinistic)/Plymouth Brethren/Fundamentalist  (72%)
5: Methodist/Wesleyan/Nazarene  (66%)
6: Church of Christ/Campbellite  (60%)
7: Anglican/Episcopal/Church of England  (58%)

10: Lutheran  (54%)
11: Anabaptist (Mennonite/Quaker etc.)  (51%)

I assume that the Congregationalists I agree with 93% are meant as Jonathan Edwards Congregationalists, not "my pastor's a lesbian" Congegationalists.

Could you be suggesting that I've done that more than once in the past?
