Sure is. First heard about it this morning. And if you don't think it is something that should be questioned, you are a sad voter.

Then don't post to me.

Don't have any thoughts on this yet. First saw it this morning. But it would be something I would want to know more about.

And also too stupid to know another Ross Perot when they see him. How ironic.

Someone is stupid, that's for sure.

Mcclinader is the perot in this race. Then, again, perot got 19% of the vote; Mcclinader's never polled above 18%.

See Post #112 -- that sums up what I think as well -- irrelevant! Arnold wasn't even born!

And in a 1989 interview on Larry King, Ronald Reagan supported the United Nations. Guess you'll have to eject HIM out of the conservative patheon as well.

Try reading my post again then repost your thoughts on my comment (query).

So you see, Mrs. Tiggywinkle. This was all a harmless request for thoughts. Sure. And pigs fly.

This poster has been on other threads as well. It is amazing how the McClintock people love to call others names (i.e. stupid, RINO, sad voter, on and on...)

Now this poster once again drops into the deepest slime by posting this cr*p about Arnold's father. Even if it were true, it means nothing as far as Arnold....but that doesn't matter to these folks.

Silly stuff... and totally irrelevant anyways.

I don't care if a candidate's father was Jack the Ripper... we don't judge a person by their parents' actions.

He isn't going to send illegals packing.

Is anyone sending illegals packing? Do you really believe Tom would be successful at sending them back?

You think that is mudslinging too? I'm shocked at you. You and I have posted on many of the same threads to know me better than that.

Why would that piss off liberals?

You mean like the Kennedys?

let me try it this way. Right now the Gov of Ca is a demoRAT.
Arnold's win next tuesday will make Gov of CA a republican.. now let me know if I am going to fast..
That means CA will be under the control of the republicans, so next year when Bush is running for a second term we have a better chance of getting CA

which totally pisses of ever liberal in this Country

Also,... here is a link wherein the quote was made but not directly attributed (hence my query) to Schwarzenegger.

1. I care about this state. I was born here. I was raised here. I've lived here all my life.

2. Democrats have been, are, and will for the foreseeable future continue to be, bad for my state.

3. We need to replace Democrats with more conservative candidates whenever possible, as promptly as possible. (Conservatives most definitely preferred, but moderate Republicans, as long as they are more interested in doing battle with the other party than their own, acceptable in this regard.) Incidentally, promptness is particularly vital in the case of a snap special election such as this recall. The candidate not only has to be acceptable, but ready to run a winning campaign now.

From that point, I'd have to get into campaign operations, fundraising ability and other matters beyond the purview of your question, but I think I hit the main points.

His father was the member of german field gestapo

I wouldn't vote for his father. And he's not on the ballot so I guess it doesn't really matter.

THANK YOU RUSH LIMBAUGH !!

Today, briefly, Rush addressed a caller about him (Rush) being in the Arnold "camp". It was a Dem calling and chiding the R's for saying they have principals, yet were voting for Arnold who has views more like his (caller) than Republicans. Rush jumped up and said " Don't link me in THAT CAMP ! '

Then he said to the caller :

" We should't compromise our principals...we SHOULD WIN WITH OUR PRINCIPALS."

Thanks, Rush.

He is NOT friendly to illegals entering this country without going through the proper channels. Arnold also states on his campaign website re: illegal immigration:

Punish Immigrant Smugglers and Human Traffickers

Human traffickers and smugglers exploit and endanger immigrants as they violate our criminal and immigration laws. As Governor, I will crack down hard on those who engage in illegal human smuggling:

Traffickers and smugglers should be prosecuted as organized crime syndicates. If their schemes result in death of immigrants, they should be eligible for the death penalty.
The federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2001 establishes a special visa, the T-visa, for immigrants who assist in investigations. As governor, I will order state law enforcement officials to work with their federal counterparts to prioritize and process applications for T-visas expeditiously.

Read the full page, it outlines almost all his stances in a wide variety of areas.

Thanks for the links.

While not quite promising to 'force the feds to close the border' and 'shrink the size of government' AS is definitely sounding more "conservative" than he was a few week ago. I think we have TM to thank for that.
