[history]
Wesley Clark emerged as the Democratic front-runner days after entering the race, according to the poll.
Fifty percent of 1,003 people questioned for the poll approved of Bush's job performance -- down from 59 percent in August and 71 percent in April -- the president's lowest rating since he came to office in January 2001.

That is F*^*&ing RIDICULOUS!
Clark does NOT HAVE THE NAME ID to beat Bush like that!
Same with most of the other candidates like Kerry and Dean.
WashPost/ABC news has GWB43 beating all of his opponents by double digits.

Quinipiac also has Bush beating all challengers by 10+ points.
PS: You didn't address the obvious fact that Clark doesn't have the Name ID to beat Bush in a legitimate national poll.
But that's ok, we know you've got your DNC Axe to grind...

Weaselly Clark is running hard for "Flake of the Year". Every day he says something stupid, nonsensical, or untrue. Even the Clinton lap dogs in the press can't protect Weaselly from himself. His candidacy is D.O.A.
Given the joyous slobber in the press that accompanied Clark's entry into the race, it's no wonder the new Mr. Democrat ("I would have been a Republican if Rove had called me back") would be seen by the unengaged as hero/redeemer.
It will take a week or two for the polls to catch up to the reality that Clark is just another liar from Arkansas.

This is a pile of lies - it's just NOT possible that Bush could be beaten with somebody with only 10% name recognition in national polls!

Seems for now, W asking 87 billion for Iraq... back fired with public. Yep, and he looks just as distant, as disengaged in tonight's Brit intervew as his father ever did. Painful to watch.
To: KQQL
Wesley Clark's early "support" reminds me Arnold Schwarzenegger's, right after his Tonight Show appearance.
