A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day
Free Republic made its debut in September, 1996, and the forum was added in early 1997. Over 100,000 people have registered for posting privileges on Free Republic, and the forum is read daily by tens of thousands of concerned citizens and patriots from all around the country and the world.
A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay or a profile of another FReeper.
On Mondays please visit us to see photos of A FEW OF FR'S VETERANS AND ACTIVE MILITARY
If you have a suggestion, or an idea, or if there's a FReeper you would like to see featured, please drop one of us a note in FR mail.
We're having fun and hope you are!

Thanks, Mixer!
1) Click on the graphic to open the Calendar. 2) Once there you can click on any month and even click to the right to go into next year. Once you are in the month that you joined FR you will need to click on the number in the calendar and then an add item screen will come up. 3) In the next box enter your name in the "Calendar Text" field and then click on submit. 4) If any of the screens fail to load simply click on refresh in your browser and that will usually fix it. 5) If all else fails or simply if you want me to do this for you send me a FReepmail and I will gladly do it for you. ~Mixer

Thank You, LadyX for the beautiful photo and Blessings. Bless you and all those here. Prayers for our troops. Family friend, Alex arrived home this weekend. Went to a fair in town today. I posted this photo a short time ago. One of of the booths at the fair displayed this artist's prints. And now I have this one :-)
Reminder for this evening: DC 9/11: Time Of Crisis
DC 9/11: TIME OF CRISIS takes an inside look at the Bush Administration, beginning on the day of the attacks. The film follows the President on board Air Force One, at the White House and during his journey to Ground Zero. It culminates with Bush's now-famous national address nine days later.

Here is a better picture of it, Aqua. It is a sunset. This is a photo of the bridge that I take to the beach. Can't even begin to guess how many times I have driven across that bridge. Just love this painting, and am so happy to now have a print of it. Have a good night all.

It is obvious that you eat better than most of us. LOL

Today was better than yesterday. Tomorrow will be better than today. I hope.
Ironically, this I think is what happened. And it is not a joke. The crazy woman next door has bird feeders in her back yard. The squirrels get into the bird seed. I think she put poison out to get rid of the squirrels and they brought it into my yard. Weinie never went into her yard. I'm assuming she got it when I thought she was just sniffing around. I never saw her "eat" anything.
I told you I hated squirrels. There are no squirrels at the Rainbow Bridge! Treats grow on trees. Gotta go! Time for Buddy Clinton's therapy session. Y'all wouldn't believe the stories he tells!
Later!
Weinie
Hugs to Giz!

It's gorgeous! Reminds me of a painting that I have named Gulf Beach, it doesn't have a sunset but does have a nice thunderhead. :)

I am sorry for your loss, but Rainbrow Bridge sounds like a very meaningful place.
I'm still voting for the little one!!
