A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay or a profile of another FReeper.

I just got logged in..I am so sorry to hear about Weinie..it is so sad to loose a beloved pet. We lost our Gizmo about this time last year to cancer. Then Rocket came into our lives about 4 months later. May our Lord give you comfort.

Have been doing some fall cleaning, too, Colleen.
It was almost chilly here today, not rising about 72, and will be in the lower 60's tonight.

Next, will have to get out different sets of clothes. The bad part is it can be warm on and off until Christmas, so you need all kinds available.
Haven't had to wear a full-length heavy coat since leaving North Carolina in 1995! Any snowfall usually goes above a line a county or two above us, and everyone gets all excited when we get a rare fall.

Hi LadyX. Was busy with Fall cleaning today, accomplished a lot. I am now reading news stories on Free Republic and listening to music :-) Relaxing.

Going to a country fair in town tomorrow, my friend's daughter will be dancing with the Irish dancers. She is only 7 and loves the Irish dancing, very cute. Looking forward to it.

OK, was taking a short break..."Fall cleaning" my house.

Can't comment on that since "Fall cleaning" (or cleaning of any sort) is something I'm not familiar with.

Hey The Thin Man...Got to sleep in today and tomorrow. Have to go back to spelling school on Monday at 8:00 a.m.. Thanks a lot. I really liked the easy life. Hate this accountability stuff! Geesh...

I'm off to the mother-in-laws today. Be back later.

My IT friend sent me the Microsoft Support Tools which are suppose to help me release my drivers from the 'profile, virutal prison'. I still have no sound, printing abilities, ftp engine, cd rom burning, and can't access my computer postage.

I hope we get back early today. I think I'm going to post a vanity to see if any freeper IT people have any good input.

Maybe I'm start a computer issue bump list for virtual help to other freepers.
