FOGEL ruled that in 2 weeks he may push California's October 7, 2003 Election to Recall and Replace Friend of CLINTON California Gov. GRAY DAVIS back to the March 2004 Presidential Primary Election, thus increasing DAVIS' Chances for Survival.

...Shades, perhaps, of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge and Friend of the CLINTONS ..STEPHEN REINHARDT's getting a retired 9th Circuit Judge other than himself to ban our "UNDER GOD" Pledge of Allegiance in our California Schools over a year ago..? Hmmm, could be.

...Turns out ...Friend of the CLINTONS Judge STEPHEN REINHARDT was also close friends with Judge JEREMY D. FOGEL's father long ago and has known San Jose U.S. District Judge JEREMY D. FOGEL since he was a boy...!!!

...Judge JEREMY D. FOGEL has also stopped the mailing out of Military Members' Racall Ballots overseas until he makes his final Recall ruling in 2 weeks, the 1st Killing of Military Ballots since the Year 2000 Florida Election that prompted our nationwide 'SORE-LOSERMAN' Freep Demonstrations that saved this Country.

Recall when he was President, each time allegations of wrongdoing were made against members of his administration, the response was ,"We will cooperate fully with the investigators." then they would let the investigators run like a fish on a line until they came upon something; then they would pull the carpet from under them.

Now that the clintons are offically involved, so to speak, look for this to turn very nasty in a hurry.

Do npt be surprised if airplanes start crashing and people start dyong in mysterious ways, people starting getting beat up, lega and arms broken, offices burglarized.

Seems the judge wants to make sure those without the privilege of voting (illegal immigrants) get to vote now against the recall so they'll vote for Hillary a little later next year. He's worried about their supposed rights and at the same time "disenfranchising" members of our military (just like in 2000).

If Judge Fogel is successful and prevents the October 7 vote, he may want to go to a safe place to watch the riots that may ensue. (Californians, get your Judge Fogel effigy dolls ready to burn.)

I am a retired Army officer (artillery, MI, and chaplain). I have the privilege of teaching several classes in Colorado Springs to high school, college, and adults on comparative worldviews (biblical vs secular). As I read the various threads, some impress me as good for illustrating different worldviews. So, using some Army terminology, I mark "incidents" as "SPOTREPS" (spot report) and "descriptions of the current world scene" as "SITREPs" (situation reports). INTREP (Intelliegence Report) provides information of an event involving those of the "opposition;" INTSUM (Intelligence Summary) provides more general information. When I get home, I download these SPOTREPs and SITREPs to a database for future use.

...Buena Park's Pastor WILEY DRAKE heard ALOHA RONNIE call it what it really was on Christian Talk Radio ...and then he organized a Media Covered Demonstration outside RIENHARDT's Playa Del Rey beachfront Condo. When the Judge and his ACLU Leader Wife first saw us asembling outside ...they quickly split in 2 seperate cars.
T'was quite a sight. Media saw it too..!!!

...A plane pulling a great banner was even brought in to fly over the beach in front of the REINHARD Condo that read:

Maybe, maybe not. If CA conservatives have any guts, then an effort to break rules on behalf of Grayout should backfire, especially if the judge is a Clinton appointee.
If Grayout hides behind the robes of a Clinton judge, then all people need to do is get the word out that there's a heck of a lot more to Bubba than a blue stained dress. I've been shouting my head off about how important that is. Many people, even here, respond with tinfoil-- even though the evidence is overwhelming. I'm doing my part here in the South Boston, Virginia area, loaning out Ron Brown videos to people, mentioning the Tainted Blood scandal, mentioning the pardon of a crack dealer--FOR CASH, mentioning the FALN pardons FOR VOTES, etc.

What's amazing is that it's now considered normal for a judge to stop an election. Thirty years ago it would have been unthinkable. The immediate reaction from the legislature and the people would have been to tell him to go to hell and stay out of the political process.

That was the point Rehnquist tried to make in 2000 with his first unanimous decision: that the Florida court should kindly back away from something they had no business in. But they didn't take the hint and, drunk on their own perceived power, tried to take over the process.

Fogel needs to be told in no uncertain terms that his fraudulent little gambit is over. The people who can do this are the Justice Department, the President, and the other judges in the federal system. He has no right to try and obstruct an election of the people on a phony objection. And that needs to be made clear to him NOW.
