Judge Fogel dismissed said CROSS-COMPLAINT sua sponte

The judge dismissed a complaint without waiting for the defendant in the complaint to file for dismissal. In effect, he took the defendant's side in the proceedings. Judges act sua sponte, meaning "on their own accord" rarely, and most are careful to preserve the appearance of impartiality. This filing suggests that Fogel (which, by the way, is a very naughty verb in German) did not care to do so. Remember it is a legal filing and by definition one-sided, but it makes Fogel look pretty corrupt.

Then, Judge Fogel openly admitted that he, Jeremy Fogel, was practicing law.

What the guy is saying is that Fogel admitted that he was acting on behalf of one side of the case against the other. An unlikely admission indeed. Unless Fogel is as dim as he is corrupt.

Seems to me by stopping the mailing of absentee ballots overseas will affect many of our service men and women who are minorites. What about their voting rights?

Moreover, if minorities legally here or illegally here can find their way to California, I'm sure they can find their way to a place to vote.

Aloha Ronnie is one of the most dedicated patriots on this forum. He has patriotic fervor (something sadly lacking within our liberal friends) and a dedication many of us understand and acknowledge and love. His activism towards his beliefs is terrific.

People with clear conviction, good hearts and solid vision don't need to pontificate and pretend superiority. (Our President makes his points with simple clarity-and is laughed at by the pretentious media jerks. Truly laughable when you consider the lot of these airheads, mushed together, could not muster enough mental power to fill even on of his brain cells!)

I'm afraid it goes deeper than that. Not sure how many radio stations ABC and others own, but notice how little Rush and Hannity talk about anything other than the blue stained dress these days. Hannity gets angry when the Chris Ruddy version of Ron Brown is mentioned. Why? Hannity either hasn't done his homework on it, or he has to placate certain radio stations. It is most likely a combination of the two: a taboo subject, so don't look into it too closely.
