NEVER FORGET
...At the end of the Day yesterday, Friday August 15, 2003 San Jose U.S. District Court JEREMY D. FOGEL ruled that in 2 weeks he may push California's October 7, 2003 Election to Recall and Replace Friend of CLINTON California Gov. GRAY DAVIS back to the March 2004 Presidential Primary Election, thus increasing DAVIS' Chances for Survival.
...Shades, perhaps, of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge and Friend of the CLINTONS ..STEPHEN REINHARDT's getting a retired 9th Circuit Judge other than himself to ban our "UNDER GOD" Pledge of Allegiance in our California Schools over a year ago..? Hmmm, could be.
...Turns out ...Friend of the CLINTONS Judge STEPHEN REINHARDT was also close friends with Judge JEREMY D. FOGEL's father long ago and has known San Jose U.S. District Judge JEREMY D. FOGEL since he was a boy...!!!
...Judge JEREMY D. FOGEL has also stopped the mailing out of Military Members' Racall Ballots overseas until he makes his final Recall ruling in 2 weeks, the 1st Killing of Military Ballots since the Year 2000 Florida Election that prompted our nationwide 'SORE-LOSERMAN' Freep Demonstrations that saved this Country.
Hey, San Jose, Time to Freep..???

What the Dims don't win through votes they win by activist judges.
What the Dims don't win through legislation they win through liberal courts.
What the Dims don't win by force of rational debate they win through lies and media propaganda.
What the Dims don't win through the democratic process they win through fascism.
Thus spake Zarathustra.

Here's a link to a story today in the
Mercury News that deals with Fogel and his decision. Gives a bit more info on his backround. And notice that the author of this article neglects to mention anything about who many of the recipients of the overseas ballots might be...

Another interesting link with a mention of Fogel. Do you speak legalese? If so, what does
this mean:
Then, at a preliminary hearing which Relator attended as a gallery witness, on October 31, 2000 A.D., Judge Fogel dismissed said CROSS-COMPLAINT sua sponte, but without a proper motion to dismiss having been filed. Then, Judge Fogel openly admitted ‑‑ on the record, in open court, and in a verbal admission witnessed by Relator ‑‑ that he, Jeremy Fogel, was practicing law. It is a high misdemeanor and impeachable offense for a federal judge to practice law from the bench. See 28 U.S.C. 454 and 18 U.S.C. 242.

...I see where the San Jose Mercury-News, a paper San Jose Judge FOGEL would be reading, fails to mention his lifelong link to Friend of CLINTON...
...Judge STEPHEN 'No Under God Pledge' REINHARDT..?

It is time for Kalifornia to defy the court. We simply cannot allow one person to tell the masses what to do.Besides,it would be impossible to arrest that many people.

Anyone got a link to this news that is not on the LA Times site?
To: need_a_screen_name
...I haven't seen any other news source exposing Judge FOGEL's lifelong link to close Friend of HILLARY & BILL CLINTON...
Judge STEPHAN 'No Under God in our Pledge of Allegiance' REINHARDT.
...That's WHY I posted this Thread on Freerepublic.com, part of America's new alternative News Network.

"Very Democrat of him"About 30% of the military are minorities, but since 2000 it's become the new tradition among Democrats to disenfranchize military voters.
Only Democrats disenfranchise the military in the name of preventing disenfranchizement of minority voters....

If this farce shdould happen...it could open up a whole
new venue for Bush's judges nominees..especially in the
Senate races where the obstructionists like Schumer can
be highlighted and what their "Judge Friends" do and want
to do to every conservative voter...stifle, stomp, and
sink whenever you can do it.....Freepers unite across the country...with expanded freeper membership. Jake

It is my understanding that Reinhardt and Fogel are federal judges, and thus immune from the CA recall statute. They would be subject to impeachment, but a 2/3rds vote of the Federal Senate would be necessary, after a majority vote in the House. Ain't gonna happen.

Senate obstructionists are disenfranchizing the American voters by not allowing the president to do his job.
Speaking of Democrats disenfranchizing minorities, what do minority voeters think of the obstruction of Estrada?
Democrats: proudly disenfranchizing voters since 2000.
