It is time for Kalifornia to defy the court.We simply cannot allow one person to tell the masses what to do.Besides,it would be impossible to arrest that many people.

Shades of Prop 187. Dealing with these little dictators is growing tiresome.

What's amazing is that it's now considered normal for a judge to stop an election. Thirty years ago it would have been unthinkable. The immediate reaction from the legislature and the people would have been to tell him to go to hell and stay out of the political process.

That was the point Rehnquist tried to make in 2000 with his first unanimous decision: that the Florida court should kindly back away from something they had no business in. But they didn't take the hint and, drunk on their own perceived power, tried to take over the process.

Fogel needs to be told in no uncertain terms that his fraudulent little gambit is over. The people who can do this are the Justice Department, the President, and the other judges in the federal system. He has no right to try and obstruct an election of the people on a phony objection. And that needs to be made clear to him NOW.
