Hillary Potter Flies into the Walmart, VA to Meet the DC Chapter of the FreeRepublic
Been There, Freep It, Got the Tee Shirt | 6-11-03 | bmwcyle

Hillary Clinton enemy of the State arrived at the Fairfax County Fairlakes Wal-Mart store. She rode in her big black smoked glass limo hoping to sell her lies one more time. The line was out the garden department and into the side parking lot.

I arrive at the shopping center to see a long line of about 50 people standing in line to drink the Kool-Aid and get the book of lies signed by the Witch. Two Freepers were waiting at Bagel Buddies and we set off to the front of the Wal-Mart where local Channel 9 and local Fox 5 were filming in the front. I have to see if I made the news tonight. We had picked out a grassy noel across from the Kool-Aid drinks but we mover to the front of the store. The management fell into our plan just nicely. They moved us away from the front of the story to the grassy noel overlooking the parade of Kool-Aid drinkers. By this time more Freepers arrived to strengthen the Freeper Force. As their line grew to a few hundred, Angelwood, Alwaysfree, BillF, Letsrok, sauropod, bvw, Jimmy Valentine's brother, tgslTakoma, Taxman, Xthe17th, GOP Capitalist, and the one the only kristinn came late. We also had help from some great lurkers.

The boys played them some music and I will let them fill you in on that.

I have to say that I would never have suspected that this Walmart was reknowned for moving tons of books. The book section is mediocre, at best. I'd have thought that the various Borders are better at moving books, BWDIK?

Fairfax County, in general, is a place where a lot of books are sold. Last time I checked, we have more college grads as a percentage of population than anywhere else on earth, and the population does buy a lot of books.

The only Chicago-area book-signing we know about to date is the one scheduled at the "Women and Children First" bookstore. I'm kind of thinking about donning a hazmat suit given the location :-) (see the description above) if I'm available to participate in the FReep that day (which happens to be my anniversary).

Nice job, folks. Wish I could join you. I was suppose to be in town this week, but will have to reschedule due to urgent business here in IA. Perhaps the end of July.

I'm ROFL at the signs in Picture #2! Love the "Fry Mumia" T-shirt!!!! This FReeper is a triple threat. The picture of a BORED Hillary! really represents her true self rather than the obviously-airbrushed picture on the cover of this latest book of fiction.

"Mrs. Clinton was personally signing the books again tonight"

Don't tell me that they are not monitoring these threads. Your origional post about them being on an inserted sheet has been monitored and she actually has to work and sign the books.

Kristinn, I honestly believe that your post changed thair minds. She has to work.

Ain't gonna do any good. The book will be on the discount list faster than you can say Vince Foster.

Discount pricing of books by well-known authors, I suppose.

I was at WaldenBooks yesterday and today, two different locations, and not a book. Not on the top 20. I was embarrissed to ask about the Hillary book. Sort of like asking for a porno book.

Next month it'll be ten years since Vince Foster turned up dead in Fort Marcy Park.

Dear DC Chapter members,

We had a great time tonight, and we know Hillary was PO'd - because she and her brother, Satan, cooked up a doozy of a storm - complete with boiling, black clouds, lightning and thunder.

As is typical of conservatives, we know to get inside when lightning bolts are flying out the ends of Hillary!'s claws - so we retired for the evening to the local Red Robin restaurant and had a lovely dinner and great conversation.

Come on down to Trovers Books tomorrow for more fun and (bookthrowing) games.

(Hillary is not going to like this book tour, if FReepers "greet" her at every locale.)

;-)

"Next month it'll be ten years since Vince Foster turned up dead in Fort Marcy Park."

Vince Foster was never a friend of ours. But to keep the memory alive that he was probably murdered instead of commiting suicide should be remembered.

Maybe a "What Happened To Vince Foster?" Freep at Ft. Marcy is appropriate?

Love the freep, but your post has a few errors. The same paragraph repeats.....and I know it's late, but there are lots of typos.....

Having a wonderful time. Wish you were here.

If I thought it would do any good, I would close my eyes really tight, and click my ruby slippers.

It's nice to be remembered. Thanx
