Yesterday and today my oldest son has been driving down to Texas where he will be doing a job in Austin. He called me this morning from Arkansas. When he told me where he was I told him that in about 20 miles he would be passing Hope.

He called back a short while later to tell me that at Hope there was a huge highway sign that said:

The Enquirer has the entire premise of such a tape entirely wrong.

First of all, the Clintons have already established that in their moral code, oral sex is not sex.

Secondly, 20 years ago would fit the "old news" dodge that the Clintons have used successfully for two terms whenever a scandal breaks.

Third, Hillary got a lot of mileage from Bill's tawdry affairs because it allowed her to play faithful, forgiving wife/victim. Her poll numbers would shoot up, not down if such a tape surfaced. And we all know who would get the REAL blame once the media spinners were done - not Bill, but the VRWC who must be furiously working behind the scenes to fabricate anything deemed anti-Clinton.

Look, I'm as much against this evil pair as the next conservative but I frankly don't see where this revelation, even if it comes to a video store near you, is going to do anything to poison Hillary's career. Frankly, it doesn't tell us anything we don't already accept as truth.
