Greg Jarret Dumps on a Hamas Spokesman!
Posted on 05/19/2003 11:41:39 AM PDT by ConservativeMan55
Greg Jarret just interviewed the spokesman for Hamas and he ripped into him...at times getting emotional. Now I've seen Greg's work before and I always thought he was a liberal? Has he switched teams? Or was this an acting job?
Greg "Sir you say Hamas stands for courage, but it does not. Hamas stands for cowardice in its worst form. I've been to your bombings and seen the ripped flesh of innocent civilians."
"Sir are you going to continue your reign of terror on the innocent civilians of Israel? Will you not be satisfied until Israel is pushed into the sea? Isn't it true you want Abu Mazzen to fail????"

He was caught on the highway as a tornado raced by. Was that the guy under the bridge?
To: sam_paine
Yes, that's right. They were under a bridge and the tornado went right over them. It was journalism at its finest. WOW! He's been movin' on up ever since.

Wasnt Gregg Jarrett from MSNBC prior to FoxNews? I believe he hosted a show with Alex Witt.

Yes he was and he was quite liberal. In fact, even Imus would remark on the liberalism of Greg and his morning partner, Chris Jansing.

Yes, he was on MSNBC just before he went on FOX. I was suprised to see him there. When David Bloom died he told a great story about Bloom. They both arrived at a news story but he had trouble setting his equipemnt up and David helped him. He asked David why didn't you go ahead and scoop the story. David said, "If I am going to beat you it will be fair and square". I thought that was a great thing to tell.

Is this the same G Jarrett from KGO-AM radio in SF?His first TV job was in SF, so it may well be.

"You prefer a dim?"I'm not sure what you're referring to, but I'll assume it's my reply to a FReepers tagline. No! I prefer a man or woman who'll stand up and not be a freakin doormat. Courage, integrity, and intestinal fortitude is what's needed especially from a political welfare state like South Dakota. Most all of the residents appear to feast at the trough of government largesse as the cross-over votes during the last cycle proved. South Dakota deserves better. Government programs will never bring them into line with other states economically.
Now that I've thought about it, I would take a dim like Zell Miller over John Thune anyday.
To: bigfootbob
Would Zell Miller be elected in SDakota?

If he was a resident and ran, you bet.

I hope you find one like him.

If anyone had a legitimate election fraud complaint it was him, but he laid down and showed his belly just like a submissive dog. I disagree. I think Thune showed class with his decision. I believe the good people of South Dakota will reward him in the next election.

I've wondered the same thing. I recently heard the Greg Jarrett on KGO, so it can't be the same guy.

Shanab: "You are working hard to research this hard - you speak words - but you neglect the whole reality, we have hundreds, thousands of Israeli troops killing, bringing blood to Palestinian land, please look at the ground and don't look at the words in the books - this is not the reality - we want to live in peace - let the Israeli withdraw from our land.IOW, "Who are you going to believe -- me or your lying eyes??"

"I believe the good people of South Dakota will reward him in the next election."That's what worries me. The people of the US will be rewarded with another Snowe, Chafee, Hatch, etc. Like we need more of these types, NOT.

I couldn't remember his co-anchor's name..thanks for the refresher.
BTW fellow freepers....Greg is definitely not a right winger, but that does not diminish his ability to go after Hamas. I remember handing a smirking Greg one of our FreeRepublic cards during CPAC three years ago...he had no choice but to take the card, but he wasn't happy.
