So many people have been coerced into mistakenly believing that Bush is their savior.
It is US against the Republicans AND a large segment of the American people. A 2004 election does not encourage me into thinking that the Democrats could upset Bush¡¦s wagon.
After robbery in broad daylight of election 2000, the Democrats would have to force their way into the White House, even if they were elected in 2004.
We hear about voting machines that can be rigged with no paper trail. Are the Democrats making a stink about this? No! In my opinion, the democrats will be spending huge amounts of money and just going through the motions. In the end, rigged voting machines will likely beat the Democrats, not Bush.
It is as if the real patriots have been herded into a corral with no way out. The Republicans have locked the gate of democracy and stand guard over it 24/7.
It is an ugly picture for the Democrats and Americans in the know. Some may say that their battle will be uphill. I think the battle will be more like conquering a mountain in their bare feet.
The Republicans control everything:
The Presidency
The House
Senate
Supreme Court
The Justice Department and the Federal Appeals Court in D.C.

How can we help but feel like our team is in the 9th inning, our opponent is whipping us 22-1 and the umpires refuse to inspect the other team's illegally weighted bats?
Liberal Whine Tasting Day.
Deconstructiong and analyzing these 7 small words speaks volumes. Emotionalism over thought, the idea that another can force you to feel anything, rhetorical questions replacing reasoned analysis, describing emotional states via analogy rather than carefully-chosen descriptive prose, etc. Nothing substantive, yet thrust into the public debate as if it were a national rallying cry. You might as well run down the street yelling, "The walrus flaked the mirror with his paradigm!" It would have just as much logic and influence.
How does it feel
How does it feel
To be without a home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone?
You've gone to the finest school all right, Miss Lonely
But you know you only used to get juiced in it
And nobody has ever taught you how to live on the street
And now you find out you're gonna have to get used to it
You said you'd never compromise
With the mystery tramp, but now you realize
He's not selling any alibis
As you stare into the vacuum of his eyes
And ask him do you want to make a deal?
How does it feel
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone?
You never turned around to see the frowns on the jugglers and the clowns
When they all come down and did tricks for you
You never understood that it ain't no good
You shouldn't let other people get your kicks for you
You used to ride on the chrome horse with your diplomat
Who carried on his shoulder a Siamese cat
Ain't it hard when you discover that
He really wasn't where it's at
After he took from you everything he could steal.
How does it feel
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone?
Princess on the steeple and all the pretty people
They're drinkin', thinkin' that they got it made
Exchanging all kinds of precious gifts and things
But you'd better lift your diamond ring, you'd better pawn it babe
You used to be so amused
At Napoleon in rags and the language that he used
Go to him now, he calls you, you can't refuse
When you got nothing, you got nothing to lose
You're invisible now, you got no secrets to conceal.
How does it feel
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone?
The mods must be sleeping.
I can promise little Catty that if she wants to, she can move here to the People's Republic of Chicago (or all Illinois), and then she can enjoy the destruction of private airports by moonlight ala Daley, to the soothing sounds of the People's Bulldozers. Or stroll throught the glorious Robert Taylor Homes and get closer to the proletariat that she loves so much.
