I don't have a link, but I remember what you're talking about. He looks like he is crying and hugging another man who looks like he is crying and they both are self-consciously glancing at the camera every second or two. This part keeps getting edited out of the replays.

Yeah, CIA has really shown it's ineffectiveness in the War on Terror. So far, we've waged two major wars of annihilation against Muslim entities without any massive terrorist reponse. Everyone is so quick to dismiss the CIA as Clinton's legacy, but he's gone, there's new leadership in the White House, and 2001 energized these guys to a metaphysical level.

CIA and special ops are the real heroes here. They've done impeccable work.

I can now confidently tell you that Saddam Hussein is either dead or alive. One or the other.

Alas, no. Ahem! (Adjusting podium) This is a classic case of uncertainty, first proposed by Werner Heisenberg and best exemplified by Erwin Schrodinger in his famous "Schrodinger's Cat" illustration. Think of Saddam as being in what is known in quantum mechanics as an eigenstate, that is, in a state best described as being neither dead nor alive. There is a box, and inside the box is Saddam. Until we "collapse the wave function" by opening the box and making a direct observation of his BLOATED, FESTERING, MAGGOT-INFESTED CORPSE COVERED IN BLOWFLIES AND STINKING TO HIGH HEAVEN, he shall remain in that eigenstate, that mathematical description of uncertainty. Two weeks ago, maybe.
But the hour is getting a bit late for this sort of subtlety.

And he may not be dead, but now that Iraq TV has probably
aired its last tape, the time might be ripe for the coalition
to spread the word of his demise whether it's true or not.

If Saddam is alive, he's probably bolting the scene with his
head down. He's out of control, so to speak, and can hardly
stand on a street corner and proclaim his existence (for
more than a few minutes before a Shiite with a liberated AK
takes a shot at him).

I don't think the guy in the video crying and hugging his brother or his lover or whatever, is the same guy Shep @ Fox News showed in side-by-side scenes: 1) Next to the Saddam double hangin' with the Groupies, and 2) Standing outside the crater.

Maybe the bombing was a set-up and we took out a double, and this guy hung around a block or two away to come back and verify for Saddam, "Yep, that body double be vapor now, Boss."

"Where's Saddam?" is now like Where's Waldo and Area 51 all rolled into one. Only God knows and apparently he ain't tellin'. Maybe the Lord of the Cosmos enjoys a good mystery . . .

Haha... I am tired of being jerked around on the Saddam is dead/alive story. Produce his corpse or shut the hell up.

Didn't you see pictures of the crater those little bombs made that were dropped on Soddom's head? There will NEVER be anything remotely resembling a "corpse" that comes out of that hole. It would be a miracle if they were able to find an intact toenail.
