It wasnt always this way. Not so long ago, the conventional thinking was that folks who were kind to others, received kindness to themselves in return. Parents throughout the Western world taught their kids the simple and comforting belief that people all over the world were the same. Treat others the way you want to be treated yourself, was thought to be a universal truism. The concept was based on the notion that everyone reacts equally to kindness. Even now, many progressives, still preach that doctrine.

Yes they are. It's really scary that these Kalifornia Kops are CONDONING violence and vandalism as long as they don't see 'any ill will intent'.
The stupid police chief just set a precedent for any rabid anti-American to destroy public property at will. I can just see gangs of drooling, bug-eyed psychos tramping onto ANYONE'S property they feel like it, and committing wanton destruction now....all under the guise of 'free speech' condoned by the precedent set by the 'considerate' Capt. John Rees.
