[history]
February 24, 2003 -- WASHINGTON - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is a PAC rat who spent most of her massive HILLPAC political-action committee's cash stash on herself rather than to help other Democrats, a new analysis shows.
Clinton (D-N.Y.) has the biggest federal PAC of any Democrat in Congress and spent $3.3 million last year but gave only 31 percent to other candidates. The rest went for her own staff, office, travel, direct mail and political consultants, the Hill newspaper found.

I wish Hillary would go on a version of her own Heath Care Plan so she wouldn't be around to run in 2008.

Very troubling. She is very smart and conniving, and this is the first loophole to McCain-feingold.
She is buying political support now to compensate later for the lack of fundraisers in the future.

Hillary might have driven a wedge between herself and the, you know, the future hispanic vote, which was her best shot for 2008. Now there is the Estrada situation. Seems to me, she can't afford to wait until 2008. Her only hope is to bring political 'fire and sword' against hispanics, try to win the White House in 2004 with that is her leading issue, and then stop the Mexican border cold. That, IMHO, would betray the DNC's future, but it's her only chance. Even then, it's a risky move at best. Of course, she has the FBI files waiting at various kitchen table computers. Let us hope and pray that Bush/Cheney are truly as honest as they appear to be. FReegards....

Oh...it's about the money. The headline made me think it might be a wheelbarrow for her ass! LOL

The leader who gave by far the smallest share to others was the campaign finance reformer-in-chief Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), whose PAC spent 98 percent on his own travel, consultants and overhead - and gave just 2 percent to fellow Republicans.
Hypocritical bustard!

HILLPAC director Patty Solis Doyle denied it's a pre-presidential committee You would have thought that master liar Hillary would have taught her PAC director to lie more artfully than this. There was no need for the "lie direct" - 'this isn't a pre-presidential committee.'
The lie evasive would have sufficed nicely: "Sen. Clinton's only goals are to serve the people of NY and to help other Democratic candidates."

You would have thought that master liar Hillary would have taught her PAC director to lie more artfully than this. Lying like Bill & Hillary can't be taught. You have to be a true sociopath to master the skill.

Hillary hasn't given to anyone these are loans and she plans to get repaid, in some form or fashion.
Wonder how long the "Widow" has to repay?
