I just received an e-mail from Art, Mary Ann's husband (vets_husband_and_wife) with an update on Mary Ann.

Update number 7 on Mary Ann from Art.

Greetings,

Got our girl home around 1:30 today and she is feeling kind of punk. She is still on pain meds and wiped out from the whole ordeal.

What we know for now is that there is thickening of the wall and diverdiculous in the descending colon. Thickening of the wall in the small intestines and possible ulcers or something else going on there too. Won't know for sure until the biopsy results. She has to take some meds for a month to keep calming things down and then see her doc's in 10 days or so.

When I talked to Mary Ann today she said to thank everyone on the thread for all your prayers. She also said it may be up to a week before she can get on the computer herself.

I told her to have Art continue sending me updates on her progress even though she is at home. I also told her that I would keep this thread going with the updates, and that we all will continue our prayers for her recovery.

Please keep the FReePrayers comming for Mary Ann and Art!

Welcome home Mary Ann!!! So glad you're doing better. Someone as sweet as you shouldn't have to be feeling bad. Anyway, I'll continue praying for a fast recovery and hope that soon you will be well enough to be posting on here and telling us how much better you feel!!
