Now that four Canadian doctors have been charged in the tainted blood scandal, perhaps the relative of a victim will finally go after Bill Clinton.
This is a story that needs to be told and once for which Clinton must pay.
Is there an attorney who is handling these cases? How can we convince a relative that he needs to go after Clinton? Any ideas?
You may be in the wrong place than. Wild speculation, outlandish charges without any evidence, and unsubstatiated accusations are the order of the day for many posters here. Questioning the conclusions will get you accused of being either a commie or a democrat, possibly both.
If you don't like it, you can always head over to DU where you can be called a "republican disrupter" or a fascist for suggesting that President Bush had nothing to do with the death of Paul Wellstone.
doug, in my fledgling days on the web via Juno, one of the first searches I did was for "blood trail," which led me to the work of the Bloodhounds here- AdanaC, T'wit, Askel5, Budge, ( and some whose names escape me, pardon! ) and the sheer volume of evidence, stories, testimonials, and interwoven guilt was astounding. So was the silence of the "watchdog" press.
Just for everyone's info, there are some links in the following that may not all be in the keyword database:

Try your answers again, this time with some intellectual honesty that was requested the first time.
1. Bill Clinton raped Juanita Broaddrick.
Don't know. what do you believe?
2. Bill Clinton committed perjury when he claimed he never gave a job in exchange for sexual favors.
Perhaps no, not perhaps...what do you believe? Does giving a state job to Gennifer Flowers count? how about an Arkansas Power and Light job to Jo Jenkins? How about a state court of appeals position to Beth Coulson? In case you didn't know (and I presume you don't), a woman named Charlotte Perry sued Clinton and the state because his mistress, Gennifer Flowers, was given a job to which Perry should have advanced on merit. I guess I wouldn't expect you to know that.
3. On Clinton's behalf, Bruce Lindsey solicited false affidavits from potential witnesses.
Don't know. what do you believe? Haven't you read any of this stuff persuant to witness testimony?
4. Bill Clinton used cocaine while he was an elected official.
No oh my.....you really have not been paying attention...I spent an hour on the Larry Elder show with L.D. Brown and Pat Matrisciana discussing his cocaine use....there are several witnesses including Sally Perdue who testified that he "had it all laid out on the table like a real pro."
5. Bill Clinton suborned perjury.
Perhaps did you even read the Starr report and the testimony...if that testimony is no good, what can any of us possibly produce for you that you will find acceptable....what hubris
6. Potential witnesses were intimidated by Clinton's associates.
Don't know what do you believe?.....do you believe Kathleen Willey's testimony?...
7. Clinton benefitted (to the tune of a 900K contribution) by changing the law so that the technology sold by Bernie Schwartz of Loral to the Chinese Communists was no long banned technology.
Perhaps what do you mean perhaps....do you read anything or do you just like to argue? The evidence of this is overwhelming. It has been written about extensively...
8. Bill Clinton committed perjury when he testified that he has never sexually harassed a woman.
No I guess rape doesn't count
At least I appreciate you answering. You have been outed for whom you are. You have Clinton DNA dripping from your chin.
FReepers --- he has been outed. Please take note whenever you want to have an argument with one Jim Simon. He has either not read much or is playing dumb on purpose because he wants to waste our time. Perhaps I need to develop a JimSimon alert that you can attach to any post he submits.
For those who are not familiar with our new friend, JimSimon, who joined us in October 2002, here is some background.
He doesn't know whether Bill Clinton raped Juanita Broaddrick. When asked if he believes Clinton committed perjury when he claimed he never gave a job in exchange for sexual favors, his answer was perhaps. He doesn't know whether Bruce Lindsey solicited false affidavits from potential witnesses on behalf of Clinton. He believes Clinton never used cocaine as a public official. His answer to whether Clinton suborned perjury was perhaps. He doesn't know if potential witnesses were intimidated by Clinton associates. He answers perhaps to whether Clinton and the DNC benefited to the tune of 900K by letting Bernie Schwartz off the hook. He answers no when asked if Clinton committed perjury when he testified about whether he ever sexually harassed a woman.
Please keep the above comments in mind when you try to have a discussion with JimSimon. As someone who has been here for quite awhile, I can tell you that I have learned to spot time wasters. Newbie JimSimon is here to waste your time.
If you've read the book, you know that the ONE thing on which the homosexuals, hemophiliacs, CDC, FDA, blood brokers (like the Red Cross) and pharmas could agree in '81 was that prison plasmapheresis simply was too dangerous.
Clinton gets blamed because his prison bleed program was not only run by a crony but shut down THREE times in the 80's for various infractions ranging from selling the right to bleed (by the inmates who supervised ops), failure to destroy tainted product, improper storage, unclean instruments and purposeful destruction of records.
"We've studied this prison question to death" said Clinton as he summarily re-upped his blood buddies upon their third shut-down by the FDA.
Arkansas -- along with Louisiana -- not only were worst-case scenarios of US Prison bleed programs but were in operation into the 1990's (through 1994). This is untenable. Particularly given the fact that Bruce Babbitt (who defended the state on appeal) can tell you prisoners were alleging Hep-C infection from the plasmapheresis programs as early as 1977 in Arizona.
If the Reagan Administration was responsible for anything, it was supporting the presidency of George H. Bush who appointed Elizabeth Dole to head the Red Cross (she "revamped the entire US blood system" during her first "volunteer" year, remember?) and sit tight through two election cycles on the blood scandal breaking wide open in Canada thanks to Justice Horace Kreever's commission findings which traced the tainted plasma to Cummins in Arkansas and Angola in Louisiana.
Pop-control mavens (like George H. Bush whose 1970 "Earth Resources and Population" GOP task force report quoted the American Academy of Sciences: "Either the birth rate must go back down or the death rate must go back up.") may have sat on their Clean Hands but it was Clinton who was up to his elbows in blood money.
Good to see you and Budge, Judy ...
(can't believe I forgot to ping the Girls! please forgive)
Trust all is well with you guys.
Wallaby thinks Blood Threads are a good idea. I'll see if I can't get back in "flagging" form. =)
Refresh my memory. Since when does the US President get to name the head of the American Red Cross?
Applied her skills with safety and health in the workplace (Dole being the primary point man for nationwide drug testing in the corporate governance sphere) as his appointee to Labor Secretary as head of the Red Cross.
In any case, Shalala and others recognized full well how critical to good government was her "revamping the entire U.S. Blood System" during her initial volunteer year.
Thanks for keeping me correct!
