LINK TO THE STORY.
Now that four Canadian doctors have been charged in the tainted blood scandal, perhaps the relative of a victim will finally go after Bill Clinton.
This is a story that needs to be told and once for which Clinton must pay.
Is there an attorney who is handling these cases? How can we convince a relative that he needs to go after Clinton? Any ideas?

Don't be such a smart alec. God'll get you for that one. :0)
Seriously, this question has been running around in my own mind for a long time. I'm sure glad Doug brought it out into the open.
Oh, no. I just thought of something. What if somebody DOES use Klayman? That'll foul up the works for sure. He always offers gold but only delivers pyrite.

How does Clinton get blamed for this?? You wanna find American presidents to blame, read Randy Shilts's And the Band Played On, about how the Reagan Administration failed to do anything until the AIDS contagion reached epidemic proportions.

The gays turned AIDS into a social disease. It was never treated like a sexually transmitted disease. Names were withheld and partners were not tracked. If you want to blame anyone, you should blame the gay activists for turning the disease into a social statement rather than a disease to be erradicated.
Everytime a Republican is in the whitehouse, the AIDS activists say the Republicans are not spending enough money on the problem. Clinton was in for eight years and all of a sudden the activists were quiet. Now it is the Republicans fault again.
Clinton has been directly linked to the tainted blood scandal when he was governor of Arkansaw. If you want to research the subject, there have been plenty of Freeper threads over the years on this scandal with documentation.

Askel,
Would you mind giving this guy some basic background information so that he won't continue to appear ill informed and unaware of history and corruption?

Related FR thread with lots of links to Clinton involvement in Canadian blood scandal.

FR_addict said it well. Had gay activists not had the power to stop tracking the disease like VD had traditionally been tracked, we might have substantially controlled the disease in this country. Behavior, not funding, was the problem. Reagan did not give his official stamp of approval on "glory holes." If you don't know what that is, gays would meet in adjoining bathroom stoles, cut a hole in between and then be able to do their thing.
Relative to the blood scandal, it is time to do your FReeper homework. Type in "blood" or "blood scandal" in the search engine. You will find that Clinton benefitted while he was governor. He had the power, as every other state had already done, to stop taking blood from prisoners. As I recall, the company doing it had been twice shut down, and he took actions to allow them to continue. He, of course, got his cut.

They even now refuse to acknowledge that it is a BEHAVIORALLY spread disease.

I wonder if the Canadian doctors now being sued can interplead Clinton and the state of Arkansas as fellow defendants (who can be made liable for a hefty share of whatever damages may end up being awarded). Alternatively, if the Canadian plaintiffs' suit is in a court that operates under something similar to our Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the plaintiffs ought to be able to amend their complaint to include those additional defendants.

We should give encouragement to the plaintiffs.

No, Jim. It is time for you to get off your lazy butt and do the research yourself. Rest assured, if you don't want to find it, you won't. But it's there. Good luck.

Between 1997 and 1999, there were articles about the closing down of HMA. Twice Clinton took action to allow them to continue in business. I recall Clinton actually attending parties at the prisons where, of course, he received campaign funds. A prison official or the head of HMA may have even been a campaign manager of big fundraiser for him. As blood was sucked out of the veins of sick prisoners, yes, Clinton got his cut. Clinton got money everywhere. In his time as governor is the small state of about 1 million people, he appointed over 3,000 people to boards, judgeships, commissions, etc. If you don't want to go look for the trail, that is fine.

I don't have to put up anything for you. Do your own homework. Who the hell are you? You came here last month. There are years of archives here at FR. Start reading. The last link I gave you was a post with many, many blood scandal links.
