I wonder if the Canadian doctors now being sued can interplead Clinton and the state of Arkansas as fellow defendants (who can be made liable for a hefty share of whatever damages may end up being awarded). Alternatively, if the Canadian plaintiffs' suit is in a court that operates under something similar to our Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the plaintiffs ought to be able to amend their complaint to include those additional defendants.
