His answer to whether Clinton suborned perjury was perhaps. He doesn't know if potential witnesses were intimidated by Clinton associates. He answers perhaps to whether Clinton and the DNC benefited to the tune of 900K by letting Bernie Schwartz off the hook. He answers no when asked if Clinton committed perjury when he testified about whether he ever sexually harassed a woman.
