Interesting... Under the question "What is your religion?", Muslim is listed first, then Hindu, Christian, Buddhist, and Other. No mention of Jewish.

Good point!! It's not what they say, but what they don't say that is so important.

Not to worry. In their poll, I was a Buddist, female, manual laborer. When I do the poll again, I'll be a lesbian African male trapped in a man's body who works for the government of Zimbabwe. Either way, my answers will be very conservative. Hee, hee, hee..........

If global warming was as bad as he thinks, wouldn't these ice penguins quickly become puddles?

I guess if the heat doesn't get them, the huge, black, circling, evil, toxic cloud behind him will.

You sometimes think the freaks who come up with these policies are so far out that they're make believe, but every so often you come across something like this which makes it clear that they're really out there. Kind of like realizing all those stories about the boogie-man were based on fact.

I see this and went to the UN feedback and gave them a piece of my mind over that obvious slap. Anyone else who wants to make their opinion known the addy is (btwm they limit your response to 30 words, nice eh?)http://www.un.org/forms/feedback/english.asp

My comments to them:

"I just looked at the current UN poll on the environment and was struck by the exclusion of Jewish under the religion question. Thanks for proving what I've known for years, the UN does NOT and has never represented Jews around the world. How disgusting the UN really is."

Right away I see something I don't like - it looks like most of my state, Florida, is considered part of the Caribbean region rather than North America.

Just took the poll. What a study in semantic twisting! On some of those questions, no matter how you answer, the results can be 'reported' as favorable to the whackos. Frustrating.

In question 16, there was no option to to say that environmental laws are too strict. Answer "C" looked good at first glance, but there was an extra "not" tacked in there.

I wouldnt assume some bigotry here. There are tons more people who are Muslim, Hindu, Christian, Buddhist than there are Jewish in the world. I wouldnt be surprised if the order reflects the total number of adherents to each faith throughout the world.
