Im in FL too. If we seceded and created a tax structure like the Bahamas, that would be fine with me. Jeb for President!!

Look at other parts of the map and you'll see similar anomalies. Japan, for instance, looks mighty peculiar, and I'm still trying to figure out why Europe is divided into Europe and Rest of Europe/Russia categories, or why the Scandinavian countries are cut in two, etc. The cartographer/graphic artist responsible for this mess should be exiled to work in a permanent magnet factory in the Solovetsky Islands.
