DOCTORS EXPOSE US CENTRE FOR DISEASE CONTROL SEX ED SCANDALS & CORRUPTION OF SCHOOL CHILDREN
Family Research Council, News Headlines & The Washington Times ^ | 4/15/2002 | re report by Physicians Consortium & Robert Stacey McCain

I. FAMILY RESEARCH COUNCIL, News Headline Retrieved: "Physician's Consortium-Sexual Messages in Govenment-Promoted Progrqams"

Story: The Centres for Disease Control (CDC) is using taxpayer dollare to promote explicit and graphic "comprehensive sex education" curriculum for teenage consumption, according to a Physician's Consortium report released April 10. "Sexual Messages in GOvernment-Promoted Programs" describes the kind of messages and activities included in CDC-sponsored programs, some of which are promoted as "abstinence-plus."

The Consortium's findings were egregious enough that researchers preparing the report for publication found it necessary to warn readers sardonically that "the content of the enclosed report is intended for teens and may be too explicit for adults." Because of the sensitive nature of the report's contents, FRC has chosed to post only the introductory summary of the report.

FIRST PAGE ONLY OF PHYSICIANS CONSORTIUM REPORT, "SEXUAL MESSAGES IN GOVERNMENT-PROMOTED PROGRAMS AND TODAY'S YOUTH CULTURE:

While it is safe to say that most parents have the desire to raise health, well-informed young adults, it is likely that a great nuymber of them would be shocked if they know what was actually being taught to their children. In a review of the various "CDC Programs That Work," it was found that the concept of abstinence was typically only briefly mentioned, if at all.

Many "Programs That Work" promoted by the CDC have been referred to as "Abstinence-Puls" or "Abstinence-Based" education. Despite this benign name, a review of many "Abstinence-Plus" programs seem to be only thinly-disguised "safe sex" programs preoccupied with promoting condom use among young people.

In the typical "Abstinence-Plus" program, students are required to go to the store to find condoms, learn about lubricants (including "grape jelly, maple syrup and honey,"), and brainstorm "ways tomake condoms fun and pleasurable" (such as planning a special day when they can experiment). In tyhe classroom, students practice using condoms by unrolling them on items such as cucumbers or dildoes. The implicit message in most of these programs is that sexual activity by young people is both expected and accepted by society.

Abstinence is the only practical and safe way to prevent the sexually transmitted diseases and non-marital pregnancy epidemics. In the pages that follow, it can be seen that the information currently being taught to the young people in our society, whether in schools, outside programs or via teen websites and magazines, does a great disservice to the cause of protecting this generation from physical and emotional harm. --------------------------------------------------------- II. "CDC links to pro-sex teen site (blackline-small.gif)," by Robert Stacy McCain, THE WASHINGTON

A Federal web site features a link to the internet pages of "pro-sex" activists who provice teenagers with explicit advice about homosexuality, sodomy and masturbation.

Listings for "youth" resources on a Centres for Disease Control and PRevention (CDC) site, includes a link to the COaltion for POsitive Sexuality (CPS), a self-described "guerrilla sex education" group.

"If you think you might be queer, relax!" the CPS site urges teens, and offers this suggestion: "If you think you are queer, try to find a lesbian/bisexual/gay/transgender community centre near you, where you can meet other queers your age."

THe CDC site's "youth" links include the Advocates for Youth site, which promotes activism to overturn FEderal abstinence education policies.

A Department of Agriculture spokeswoman said yesterday the department would remove a link to CPS from one of its websites. THat site, www.cyfernet.org, includes "positive youth development" links to the sex advice site Go Ask Alice and to Planned Parenthood's Teenwire site.

"We are in the process of taking down the link to CPS," public affairs specialist Maria BYnum dais yesterday afternoon. "And we will work with the Cyfernet program office and the university partners to review the other sites and determine what the next steps are."

The Federal internet links have come under fire from the Physicians Consortium, a Pennsylvania-based public policy group.

I too appreciate orderly posts, correct spelling, and the "proper" use of capitals, but occassionally the report should supercede the school monitors';-) penchant for absolute protocol...

Twice I have failed to convey my thoughts to you on the misuse of "Breaking News." I'll drop it. It's not my call anyway. So if the folks in charge want to allow anything and everything to ooze down the Breaking News Sidebar, that's their business. I'll still find what I need and want to know through all the clutter. Just one man's opinion.

I got it. Really. I do understand.

Now as to your aversion to "anything and everything oozing down the Breaking News Sidebar", that seems a bit too messy, even for me...

Don't you DARE run off a cliff! Understand that you are a pioneer in a society gone to ruin. You will always be the butt of nasty jokes and comments about your 'weirdness'. My philosophy is this: The more people tell you you are doing the wrong thing, the greater the likelihood you are doing the RIGHT thing. Learn to appreciate that you are going against the accepted norm for this society and accept the taunting as confirmation that your direction is correct. The ones who step out of line are ALWAYS made fun of. Time will vindicate you.

THREE of my nephews/nieces have been diagnosed with ADD. ALL but 2 of those school-aged have been diagnosed with learning disabilities ...

The most common way for teachers and the school system to shift their failure to the child.

I had similar problems until I put my children in a Christian school--funny how those problems disappeared. They a better curriculum, made better grades and were happy to go to school.

"I can't think about it too much or I'll .."

Please don't. You and your family constitute the rare hope the thinking older generation has. Your analysis of the selfishness which produces the whirlwind we are reaping is exact. May God sustain you and your family in the face of Job's enemies and bring you honor as the ultimate reward.

About these criminals who teach in a school. I was at our district message board and I made the suggestion that the schools ought to adopt the same type of background checks that gunowners must adhere to before they are given the gun they wish to purchase. Silence is golden as no one has responded to that.

LET'S APPLAUD THE HEROES OF THE US CENTRE FOR DISEASE CONTROL-SPREADING LIES & PERVERSION TO SCHOOL CHILDREN TAKES SUCH COURAGE! Yes, our valiant leaders at the US CDC are busy encouraging school children to experiment with the "truths" of safe sex, promiscuity, sexual orientation, abortion, teen pregnqancy, unwed teen motherhood, HIV & AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, depression, suicide, perversions, emancipation from parents, etc. This shows how brave these true public servants really are! Let's all give them all a big hand of admiration and encouragement! Call our national "sexpert" leaders of sexual perversion at the US CDC and thank them for their bold leadrship in encouraging disease, suffering, pain and death in school children! Let's hear it for the US CDC's "Programs That Work!" RWBaral

Nothing destroys a little girl's modesty faster than this type of activity.

I completely agree with the last paragraph.
>BR> However, I find it curious that out of the three aspects of the 1st amendment that are NOT to be used to discriminate (race, sex, and religion), dissinformation concerning race and sex are constantly being hammered into the minds of our children everywhere they turn. And, whenever a religious person (preacher, priest, religious churchgoer) is portrayed in the media, it is either a church leader who has a sexual problem, or a religious fanatic who is running from the law, thus giving this generalization/impression to all who watch.

I'm sorry there are people that DO NOT see their obligation on this Earth as parents, a duty from God to "train up a child", but the parents who ARE shouldn't suffer by having to de-brainwash their children on a daily basis because the government's answer is to LIE to children by teaching immoral and ungodly practices in the classroom.

Dr. Dobson said it best. PULL YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS!!!

Sounds like some of the programs in our local county school's "Health Class". My Daughter was mysteriously absent the day they brought out Bananas to 'Practice' on.

Since that time She, along with her older Brother, has been pulled out of that Government Funded Indoctrination Camp.

They are now being Home Schooled.

I completely agree. Parents, the new Rebel battle cry is SECESSION! Get the children out of the vial & diabolical public schools, then fight to get some benefit from your school tax dollars. Home school or private school-sexular or religious-no matter the cost & inconvenience! Our nations children are in peril-the threat is called "public schools!"
