At last even the hard core AIDS charities and organizations are admitting that heterosexual aids WAS a myth.
Conservatives have been attacked for years for saying this and been accused of being 'politically incorrect'.
Now everyone is admitting we WERE factually CORRECT.
What's new?

What about AIDS in Africa? Is it all from homosexual behavior?
If it is, seems like there's an awful lot of homosexuals there.

Funding is in place= the truth may be told.

I wonder what "Magic" Johnson would have to say about this....??? Another Immaculate Contraction?
To: David Lane
I forgot to ask..is it (AIDS in Africa) a myth, like the last paragrpah says, or, is it not explained, like the prior one says...
To: David Lane
The article also includes the odd contention that men get AIDS from women in Africa and other developing nations, but they do not get AIDS from women in the developed worlds a difference that has not been adequately explained. Hmmmm. Must be something in their water?
There shoud be a liberal "follow list", to see if the liberal women give aids to other liberals.
I guess that's the only way to find out if the rumor is true.

The mortality rate from non-natural causes in South Africa, twenty years ago, was 2.2%.
Today in the middle of an 'aids epidemic' it remains at 2.2%.
Either every other disease has decreased in exact INVERSE proportion to AIDS, or AIDS in Africa is simply the old disease renamed.
It is easy to get funding for AIDS but almost impossible to get it for the old epidemic diseases that have ravaged Africa for centuries.

Well I have always had my doubts whether he actually had it.

So, what does that mean? Is there an AIDS problem in Africa, or is it all a lie...(it's late, i've had no sleep in days, sorry).
To: David Lane
Heterosexual AIDS epidemic a 'false medical panic women cannot transmit AIDS to male partners.' This isn't news.

I haven't been saying that. Heterosexual AIDS is not a myth although it isn't as prevalent as gay AIDS.

..... men get AIDS from women in Africa and other developing nations, but they do not get AIDS from women in the developed worlds a difference that has not been adequately explained.
Of course it has.
Thousands of times.
Africa's "AIDS" is not!
Instead, to increase their ability to beg and to line up at the international public trough [Read: At the squandering of the confiscated wealth of America's (IE: Of the world's) most creative, innovative and productive!] Afica's gummints and the European-based criminal organizations [AKA "NGOs"] that assist their larceny, have changed the diagnosis of "AIDS" to EXCLUDE the HI virus -- and to include every African illness -- many of them caused by Africa's obscene politics -- known to medical science! And lots that are not so known!
To: David Lane
First of all the title "NO heterosexual aids" is misleading since the article doesn't claim that men cannot give HIV to women.
Secondly the idea that AIDS infected women or prostitutes are not spreading the disease is ridiculous.
If this was the case, no heterosexual man would ever contract AIDS through sex. Nonsense.

I would put my money on 'it's a lie'. Seems Mebeki was right!

As I understand it, there are many different circumstances there. One is the lack of sanitation. Another is the way in which the monkeys that carry the disease love among people. I think the meat may be eaten in some cases.
I think it was obvious from the beginning that virtually all AIDS cases in America came from homosexual activity and dirty IV needles. The blood industry spread it for a period of time, knowing it was a blood-borne disease.

I read somewhere that a big part of the reason for the huge AIDS numbers in Africa was the men's preference for "dry sex". They don't want their women lubricated(wet) but dry, which the women accomplish by dousing themselves with strange concotions and pretty much killing themselves since it causes lots of friction and soreness and thus broken skin which provides gateway for the virus. This, plus the old rumor about africans being better endowed all adds up to increased transmission. Don't think it explains everything but it is part of the reason, though numbers on the popularity of "dry sex" among the infected would surely help.

Doubtless disparity between the almost nil female to male transmission rate in developped countries, and the apparently non-neglibible female to male transmission rate in underdevelopped countries is due to differences in hygene and in the rates of active (untreated) STD's which produce lessions.

'According to the US Centers for Disease Control1s surveillance report for the year 2000, of all estimated AIDS cases, only 3 percent were heterosexually transmitted'
So Sex With The Proper Stranger is like playing Russian Roulette with a 33 chamber revolver?
The headline is worse than misleading. The 3% figure must be modified by a sexual frequency figure. Homosexuals are thought to have sex more frequently than heterosexuals.
