An elderly couple was attacked in broad daylight this week in Fells Point, Maryland, and one of the victims has died.
60-year-old Wade Wilson and his 76-year-old wife Claudia Bismark were savagely assaulted by a black male on Tuesday morning after eating breakfast at Broadway Market.

I’ve seen this story mentioned on other sites. Many comments there are some version of: “Society let him down. He did not get the treatment he needed.”
No. Hell, no. Society let the murder victim down by letting this monster run loose on the streets. Focus on the victim. Period.
