Haven’t put our tree up for some time. Scattered all the ornaments for year round display on book shelves throughout the house. BUT, back when we did have it up, we’d get it up by New Year’s and keep it up until April, and sometimes May. The inside back porch heat can be turned on and off, so the tree only starts drying out in early April. Frigid MA winters.
Our next door neighbor was greatly amused and would lead her guests to the fence between our properties at night to show off our lit tree. She and I still enjoy those memories.
