WASHINGTON, Sept 6 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday said India and Russia seem to have been "lost" to China after their leaders met with Chinese President Xi Jinping this week, expressing his annoyance at New Delhi and Moscow as Beijing pushes a new world order.
"Looks like we've lost India and Russia to deepest, darkest, China. May they have a long and prosperous future together!" Trump wrote in a social media post accompanying a photo of the three leaders together at Xi's summit in China.
Putin and Modi were seen holding hands at the summit as they walked toward Xi before all three men stood side by side.

India buys it for the cap of $60 which was set by the US and Europe. It does NOT buy at half price, whatever Navarro says. Indian oligarchs? Lol. They have the same competition that you have in the west. The price cap is for ANYONE to buy. And much of that Oil is used locally, not exported.
Russia makes a lot of money even now from Europe by selling LNG. And for LNG, there isn't even a price cap. Nato member Turkey also buys most of its oil from Russia. Last month, Ukraines biggest supplier of Diesel was India.

Nopes. far from that. But when China stopped Americas rare earths, they stopped Indias too. Also a lot of the capital machinery that we buy from Germany and America is actually made in China. China put an unofficial ban on the export of all such machinery and spares to India. Spares came via Europe but they can't divert a huge tunnel boring machine without the Chinese noticing. Also stopped critical fertilisers that the west and India find cheaper from China.
Xi has promised to open the tap again but I will believe it when I see it.
