I have to laugh. Who can POTUS Trump order to access the Judge’s chambers?

I guess press conferences need to be held in stadiums now.

Park them in the back of the room and ignore them.
Not everybody get called on in those press conferences.
I’ve noticed CNN has been ignored lately.
Free Republic should sue to allow our own reporter to have press access.

That press room ought to be abolished.
It’s an ugly, nasty leftover from the Progressive Era. The amount of power that is given to progressive journalists via that press room is hideous.

There are plenty of good reasons the White House could restrict access to reporters from some events, the Trump-appointed judge concluded. But singling out some outlets over viewpoint is not one of them
McFadden says the Trump administration has been brazen about its overt viewpoint, discrimination against the AP. Even in a place as restricted as the oval office, he says that type of viewpoint based exclusion is impermissible.

Well, next the Judge will order the administration to call on them. And to give them pudding. And a therapy dog if needed. Once you go down this road, where does it end?

The judge, even if he is a Trump judge, should also order that AP should have unfettered access to Donald Trump’s White House Bedroom, so they can film him as he sleeps.

THAT JUDGE IS OUT OF HIS/HER LANE AND LOST IN EXTRA-CONSTITUTIONAL SPACE.
BAN THAT JUDGE FROM USING ALL U.S. GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, PROPERTIES, FORMS OF COMMUNICATIONS, AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS.
Federal judges - except for the USSC - use federal facilities and communications that are on the Executive Branch foundation.
(The USSC building, and its immediately adjacent property "to the curb" are on the Judicial Branch foundation.)
Federal judges are NOT the management of Executive Branch operations.
The Executive Branch - as a courtesy and with some deference - "respects" the LAWFUL Judicial Branch functions that occur on the Executive Branch foundation.
But the federal judges DO NOT have any Constitutional right to operate there, on the Executive Branch foundation.
NOBODY has an obligation to obey any law, any order, that is un-Constitutional.
Extra-Constitutional is also un-Constitutional.
"Legal" is not necessarily "Lawful."
Follow the lawful; be aware of the foundations.
