✅ DHS resources be used to ensure illegals are NOT voting
✅ A citizenship question on the voting form for the first time

There is no Federal authority to legislate or regulate elections within the states, except Article I section 4 authority over elections of Senators and Representatives, and Amendment XV over qualifications to vote not being based on race.
People who think Congress or the President (or the USSC for Bush v. Gore fans) can interfere in State Legislatures appointing their Electors have nothing to stand on.

Absolutely correct. Any state legislature can eliminate the popular vote altogether and directly choose their Electors for the Electoral College. Then there would be nothing to regulate.

Yes, and that is a VERY significant authority.
If we had the equivalent of Trump Election Reform (take my list and make it a law, NOT an Executive Order) in effect during the November 2024 elections, around 6 Federal House seats would have either stayed or gone Republican. Look what happened in California...and then add Arizona and Colorado.
That would have been HUGE because the GOP majority in the House is so small that it’s difficult to pass Trump’s reforms.
