I agree. The states could have fixed the voter fraud problem ages ago ... if they had wanted to. But today, with the Trump's administration, I pray the financial thumbscrews are twisted hard and fast to *finally* encourage the states to do the right thing. Withhold all federal funds so the states get nothing until such time as they secure their elections.

There is no Federal authority to legislate or regulate elections within the states, except Article I section 4 authority over elections of Senators and Representatives, and Amendment XV over qualifications to vote not being based on race.
People who think Congress or the President (or the USSC for Bush v. Gore fans) can interfere in State Legislatures appointing their Electors have nothing to stand on.
