Kind of a silly statement, really. If you don’t have gas and oil, you’re not gonna be able to send shipments of much of anything to Ukraine.
Plus, some of the big money the Euros sent to Ukraine was in turn used by the Ukies to buy weapons.
Now, if Trump wants to argue that Biden’s restrictions on gas and oil contributed to Europe having to buy Russian gas and oil, that’s true. A bigger factor was the Euro’s becoming too dependent on Russia in the 1st place, and surely Trump knows such can’t be reversed quickly, but, the Euro’s truly believed Pooty was not all that dangerous. That view has completely reversed. Just listen to the statements they’ve put out from the conference in Kyiv, etc.
