Tacoma Fire Department crews were called to the scene and declared it a two-alarm fire. Firefighters entered the building to search for any other people and got the fire under control.
One person was found dead, and another person was injured and taken to a nearby hospital. It's unclear how seriously they were hurt.
What we don't know:
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Tacoma Fire Department, while the Tacoma Police Department is looking into the details surrounding the person who died.

Yeah, it sounds like a bomb went off.
Double charge of Bullseye?
Doing reloads?
A tannerite demo went wrong?
Trumps fault.
This is the store where the DC sniper bought his AR-15.
I bought one there too.
“This is the store where the DC sniper bought his AR-15.”
That unto itself could be a major clue if in the event this was a terrorist bombing event. Who knows.
The fake news will now be whining that gun ranges need to be closed because they are unsafe.
The anti-2A crowd would do anything to bring their madness to the forefront.
DOGE budget cuts!
Was the RAT’s Hoggster, or any of his ilk, in the area at the time? /s
Gas leak. A friend of mine had his out building start on fire and a bunch of his ammunition started shooting off. Apparently it isn’t as damaging as it sounds.
The backstop of their indoor range was ground up car tires.
Some stupid with a Class III firearm was shooting tracers and set everything on fire.
Probably messing around with tannerite, that stuff can be dangerous.
Smokeless powder is not explosive.
He survived and is still on his bike trying to get there.
Nor is it smokeless.
Here in Indy my favorite indoor range burned down because a couple of idiots were shooting tracer rounds after being told not to. The backstop caught on fire. They kept shooting them even after they saw smoke coming from the backstop.
Well, it certainly smokes less than black powder. So you see, it "smoke less."
