The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled to authorize Amish farmer Amos Miller to continue operating in the state after the FDA tried to shut him using their bogus "food safety laws."
Almost exactly one year ago, they raided his farm and put him through hell.
They desperately want to shut down independent local farmers like Amos because food independence is bad for tyrants.
Congratulations to @barnes_law for crushing the bureaucracy in court.
“Almost exactly one year ago, they raided his farm and put him through hell.”
A worthy sacrifice as it led to 80,000 or so new votes, all for Trump.
Don’t cross the Amish Mob!
farmer Amos Miller cannot sell raw milk or dairy products made from it to the public under an order issued by a Lancaster County judge .. Thomas Sponaugle’s order also allows the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to inspect any location where Miller packages or distributes raw milk and to test Miller’s dairy products.

Easy Peasy
Sell the cow (or part ownership) and milk it for the customer. You cannot stop one from consuming their own product
Robert Barnes [@barnes_law] For The Win!!!
Millers fight hard and are sturdy. The government needs to remember THEY work for US.
20,0000 useless boneheads, GONE.
SELL COW SHARES!!!!!
Amos Miller, wonder if they named him Amos Moses ( after a man of the cloth). FDA was lucky, a city boy could sure get lost in the Pennsylvania Deutschland.
jk
Your solution works for meat ... a relative raised hogs - I would buy a ‘half hog’ from her. She would take the hog to be processed - I paid the processor direct. If she had sold me processed meat, it had to be USDA inspected, but since I was having a hog I owned processed for myself, it did not have to be USDA.
How nice of them. Thanks for allowing us to have a little bit of freedom, judges.
iu dont know if anythign ever came of it or not, but back in the day- there was talk of a link between raw milk and Crohn’s- because Crohn’s mimicked i guess the wastign disease that cattle woudl get from soem disease they pick up, can’t remember now, might be brucellosis? - not sure if there was ever a decision on it htough-
These are incredible people. A group of them went down to NC to build homes and they are building them fast.
I’m trying to understand how a state court in Pennsylvania has any jurisdiction in an FDA matter.
RFKJ is a huge friend to the Amish and has been for decades. PA better step off and let this community live in peace.MI and OH Amish will be a big problem in those blue states if this doesn’t stop. Democrats let their hate and lust for control send them right over a cliff.
The Soviets also went after independent farmers, because they were, well, independent. Communists all think alike.
Used to do that every year; had a side of beef and a whole hog butchered to my specs. Saved close to $1,000 doing it that way.
From the decision: "The Millers maintain they will suffer substantial harm if they are unable to continueout-of-state raw milk sales, and the Department, which carries the burden, presented no evidence to the contrary. Unless per se irreparable harm exists, which is not present here, a court ruling on a preliminary injunction, which is an equitable remedy, understandably must consider the equities of the case, which here favor the Millers. The Department's request for the extraordinary remedy of preliminary relief depends entirely on the claim that the Millers are violating the Milk Sanitation Law and related regulations. The trial court's conclusion that the law is ambiguous is reasonable. Moreover, the Millers have presented constitutional challenges, including an alleged violation of the Commerce Clause, which are best resolved after a trial on the merits."
