During an interview with Bloomberg on Tuesday, White House National Climate Adviser Ali Zaidi stated that “we really ran early this year to finalize” many climate regulations “before May, which, really, I think, ensures durability relative to this arcane statute, the Congressional Review Act. So, I think, because of that foresight, we have, actually, quite a durable regulatory regime going into the next few years.”
Host Joumanna Bercetche asked, [relevant exchange begins around 2:10] “Well, there are still a couple of months left, as well, of the administration. I do wonder if there’s anything that can be done on the regulation front, because regulation can swing quite quickly and it’s set at the federal level. Is there anything that your administration is focusing on to make sure that the climate regulation stays intact as well?”

Anything done can be undone. Especially that done in haste.
EO's can be reversed day one. It will be more difficult to overturn legislation that Trump is going to get passed.
President Trump and team must do the same... Always remember Nobama saying he had a phone and a pen. Fight the insanity of the left. No quarter!!!
Immediately, 1st day, prewritten, legislation suspending the “Administrative Review Act” for a period of two years.
The same should be done for the civil service job protection regs.
Trump will run through that stuff like chit through a goose.
Anything Biden can do without an act of Congress, Trump can undo without an act of Congress.
Get busy, day 1!
At least one thing Trump and Senate RINOs agree on is reversing all the climate and EPA madness
“So, I think, because of that foresight, we have, actually, quite a durable regulatory regime going into the next few years.” Isn’t that quite a bit like a Nazi Regime?
The Trump team just needs to do a word search of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Any regulation that has the word “climate” in it gets yanked.
Easy peasy.
If it ain’t law it can easily be unwound.
If is does not have a verifiable Congressional vote, it is not a law.
It can be Chevron’d outta here.
DOGE all this crap.
The Congressional Review Act is arcane?
We want stronger oversight of the administrative state, not less.
You forgot the search terms CO2, carbon dioxide, warming, and sea level for finding regulations to deep six.
Putting Regulations on something that’s Fake must be against the Law
That is the way I see it. EO’s are used by Leftists because it is an end-run around the legislative process.
Executive Orders were a mechanism put in place to aid in the expedition of dealing with exigent situations in which the legislative process to normally follow would harmfully delay dealing with the issue at hand.
But it was never, ever meant to be used as it is being used now, as a complete substitute and end-run around the legislative process.
And like you said, what is done in haste can be undone in haste, as is the nature of an Executive Order. Am I wrong on this assumption?
Trump has a phone, pen and...a Hammer in Vance.
As well as the SCOTUS Chevron ruling.
