Biden cease-fire push falters again after new demand by Hamas

President Joe Biden’s months-long push for a cease-fire and hostage release deal between Israel and Hamas has been upended again in recent days, putting the deal on life support as U.S. officials say they are reassessing next steps after they initially hoped to present the two sides with a “take it or leave it” proposal...

The latest obstacle — the abrupt introduction by Hamas of a new demand...

The two sides had tentatively agreed that at a certain point, Israel would release Palestinian militants serving life sentences in exchange for Hamas freeing Israeli soldiers. But this week, Hamas said civilian hostages would also need to be exchanged for these longtime prisoners, an idea the official called a “poison pill....”

Just leave it alone, Joe. Your demented meddling will just have tragic consequences for Israel.

Netanyahu isn't taking Biden seriously.

Face it, those hostages are dead.
Screw the world!
I’declare that for every live hostage not delivered within 48
hours, I’d kill 10 Convicted Hamas prisoners.
Take them up in a helicopter, to 10 feet above sea level slather them with pig blood and push them out over the ocean, with handcuffs still on.
Make sure you are 20 miles out from land.
Dead hostages, raped, or abused hostages would cost them 100 convicted Hamas, eliminated in the same manner.

Hamas knows Biden is feckless, weak, and always for sale.

Gee, it seems like Hamas is being totally unreasonable. Well, what do you expect from a bunch of mass murderers, rapists, and torturers who make Satan look humble by comparison?

You just can't make this stuff up.

These Hamas people are demented .

The Biden Administration sends the Israelis an ultimatum to end the fighting and withdraw from Gaza. - and Hamas rejects it.

The worse Hamas is getting it's ass kicked, the more irrational and grandiose their demands become. You simply cannot negotiate with these people.

I think that the Hamas strategy is to bait Israel into escalating the war so they can draw Iran or some other Islamic states into attacking Israel.

The war in Gaza has already been attacking many ISIS style fighters to the region to join the fight with Hamas.

If Israel opens up the Philadelphia Corridor tens of thousands of ISIS style Jihadis from around the world will flood into Gaza looking to become Shahid’s for Allah.

It will be like Syria all over again with Jihadi from terror cells all over the world rushing to Gaza to get into the fight.z

Israel will be facing a two front war with a Hamas reinforced and re armed by Daesh on It's southern border and Hezbollah on it's Northern border backed by a soon to be nuclear weapons armed Iran.

The Biden Administration has totally screwed America militarily.

Just did a quick review of how many weapons the Eisenhower Carrier Task Force blew through defending against the Houthis missile attacks .

The numbers are shocking and totally unsustainable.

Biden blew through hundreds of Standard missiles at $12 -$36 million a pop, over 400 hundred Tomahawk cruise missiles and over a thousand air to air missiles while flying over thirty thousand combat flight hours.

Between the Ukraine and the Houthis, Biden has depleted our munitions stores in a near criminally negligent fashion to accomplish very little.

We have squandered about 10 billion dollars worth of irreplaceable missiles just doing worthless, going through the motions for media purpose pin prick retaliations against the Houthis in Yemen.

It's almost as if the Biden Administration has is engaged in a policy of unilateral disarmament of the US military via firing our highest value weapons at the lowest value targets imaginable in an intentionally feckless and militarily ineffective series of defensive responses that only strengthen our Iran and the Houthis

I have a better idea. Drop the lifers, one a day, onto Hamas’ held areas from planes @ 5,000 ft. Indicate this will continue until Hamas surrenders unconditionally.

Of course hamas is going to change the game as they get close to an agreement.

They don’t want an agreement.

They could release the hostages NOW, no strings attached, but they won’t. Nobody is forcing them to continue to hold those hostages.

Biden negotiates with terrorists.

I am so old that I remember when this was an impeachable offense and doing it would be universally condemned.

. . . if done by a republican.

Biden will hand over a couple billion to Hamas, they will release those hostages that are still alive. Then buy more weapons and start the sh1t show once again. But in the meantime the dems will take credit for ending the war that never ends.

Biden needs to forget his plans & start paying attention to Mr. Netanyahu who seems to have some notion of what he’s doing. Obviously, Biden’s plans haven’t worked too well.

You’ve got it wrong........

“Just leave it alone Barack”...... Obama is behind the negotiations. Obama agents in the White House are the negotiators

The hostages do not really matter. What matters is the Obama legacy of favor with Iran

“Programmable ammunition of the 23mm caliber fired from the ZU-23-2, primed for air-burst modes in hundreds of rounds, can create a massive wall of shrapnel, enough to hit incoming cruise missiles’ front nose sections and the engine, disabling them mid-air.

“On June 22 1982, Joe Biden was a Senator from Delaware and confronted then Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin during his Senate Foreign Relations committee testimony, threatening to cut off aid to Israel.”

“Begin forcefully responded, ‘Don’t threaten us with cutting off your aid. It will not work. I am not a Jew with trembling knees. I am a proud Jew with 3,700 years of civilized history. Nobody came to our aid when we were dying in the gas chambers and ovens. Nobody came to our aid when we were striving to create our country. We paid for it. We fought for it. We died for it. We will stand by our principles. We will defend them. And, when necessary, we will die for them again, with or without your aid.’”

“According to the many reports on this meeting, back in 1982, the American senator reportedly banged his fist on the table. Begin wasn’t pleased with this attitude.”

“He responded. ‘This desk is designed for writing, not for fists. Don’t threaten us with slashing aid. Do you think that because the US lends us money it is entitled to impose on us what we must do?’”

Have you seen biden recently? He has deteriorated even further with his dementia...if that is even possible. He’s lucky each day if he doesn’t soil himself and if he can say “Yes” to ice cream. LOL! Pathetic. A true “world leader” there.

Thinking his resignation will be our October Surprise. This would be huge boost for Harris, and likely seal a victory for her as a certain segment of our society votes while high on the ‘Joy’ of seeing a woman in the White House.
