The EXACT thing I said on 2/25/22 and everyday since. What Kennedy says is the absolute truth. Neutrality and peace are the only options.

I’ve been saying that it was the intent from the beginning to make it WWIII, because the powers at be want Europeans gone.

Part of me wonders if there aren’t a lot of old men who REALLY want their old Cold War plans to light off just to justify their careers.

Not happy RFK dropped out but I am happy his message is getting out there. He’s been saying this stuff for awhile and finally people are taking note.

His points are excellent, and his sincerity is obvious.

Ukraine is not an ally.

Why on earth do we concern ourselves with Ukraine's borders when we don't secure our own borders?

Why on earth do we push a nuclear power to come after us when there is absolutely no reason to do so?

This Veteran of the Vietnam War (never boots down, but I took an active part) recognizes foolish escalation and ridiculous optimism. Only this time, the consequences for us, as RFK Jr explains, could be more serious.

Quite true. The US had no vital national interests in Ukraine in 1983, or 1993, and Ukraine is not a vital interest to the US today. We intervened on the basis of a lie: "IF WE DON'T STOP PUTLER NOW, HE'LL BE IN PARIS NEXT WEEK!!!" What a joke that has turned out to be, although Russian capabilities (or rather, the lack thereof) were readily apparent two years ago, to anyone who was willing to ignore the propaganda and consider the facts.

Ukraine is indeed a vital national interest to Russia, which is why Russia is exceedingly unlikely to lose the conflict, no matter how long and costly it may become. For the US, the least detrimental outcome will probably be a negotiated settlement of the Vietnam pattern (our adversary promises to play nice, we walk away, and the locals fend for themselves). It probably shouldn't surprise anyone if US interventionism under FJB ends the same way as US interventionism under LBJ...

Neocon and Statist/Prog arrogance is born of their control of Washington DC, Fed.gov and US media.

Outside of that, they have made America extremely weak.

I agree with you and Kennedy. NATO (Which always ends up being mostly US) doesn’t need to provoke Russia in Ukraine.

The difference between Kennedy and my opinion is that we need to bring manufacturing BACK to the US, and protect American Workers and Unions manufacturing here. Trump gets that, the Democrats don’t.

The Ukrainians (and Georgians) were neutral until Putin started threatening them in the early 2000s.

You do realize that Ukraine and Georgia petitioned to join NATO in 2008 and it was rejected “for fear of provoking Putin” - exactly what you are saying today in 2024?

and what happened when Germany and France rejected Georgia and Ukraine’s requests to join NATO? did Putin say “Hey, that’s great, NATO is not going to take Georgia and Ukraine, no worries”?

No, he invaded Georgia 6 weeks later.

Sorry, but Putin has only wanted instability on his borders, which is why he created “frozen conflicts” all over - from Transdniester to the Donbas and Luhansk People’s republics to South Ossetia etc. etc.

True, especially since UK is run by criminals. They, the gov’mt, are thugs looking for a protector. Same as hamas. And, supported by the same people.

Zeepers blame Putinistas. Putinistas blame Zeepers.

I blame American Democrats for being aggressive bullies promoting and provoking the next world war
