First, the transfer of power happens on January 20 not January 6. (And DOJ let off the hook hundreds of 2017 inaugural rioters.)
Second, there is no law guaranteeing the "peaceful transfer of power." Which is why the Constitution provides several weeks between election day and inauguration day with both a state and congressional certification process and opportunities to contest the results.
Third, as he brags about the nearly 1,500 J6ers arrested and charged so far for January 6--including at least seven last week during the DNC--most face misdemeanors.

Chopperk, while her focus may to attack the First and Second Amendments...they are Amendments for a reason.

The Federalist Society doesn’t provide legal services, lobby for legislation, take policy positions, or sponsor or endorse nominees and candidates for public service. It doesn’t participate in activism of any kind.
The society encourages debate and discussion of important legal topics.

I seem to recall that they scalped the fence and attempted to charge the White House.
They have pretty much guaranteed that the next election protest will be extremely violent. Who will risk 5-10 years in jail without significant violence. In addition every one now knows no cell phones and mandatory face covering.
My thoughts. Not a plan or a recommendation. When the music stops it’s going to be bloody.
