A new poll from The Wall Street Journal has found Vice President Kamala Harris neck and neck with Donald Trump after President Biden vacated the Democratic nomination for November’s election.
"Only 37% of Biden voters were enthusiastic about him in early July, and now 81% of Harris voters are enthusiastic about her," Democratic pollster Mike Bocian, who conducted the survey with Republican pollster David Lee, told the Journal. "This is an astounding change."
The former president maintains a 2% lead over Harris in a two-person race, within the Journal’s 3.1% margin of error, indicating Harris has cut into the six-point lead Trump had over President Biden before Biden withdrew from the race last weekend.

All this is proof that the Dems don’t need a candidate at all. They have an agenda that their elites push. You could get someone with a 90 IQ to do the job as long as they can sign the documents placed in front of them by their Left-wing advisers and staff. Hell, Biden being president all this time indicates that it {the office of President] doesn’t require a strong leader/organizer with all their scruples.

They're enthusiastic that they now *believe* they have an opportunity to beat Trump after seeing Trump lead in the polls for most of the year and then skyrocket after the assassination attempt.
Honestly though, I can't tell if the enthusiasm is manufactured (Beto) or real (Obama). We'll have to wait and see.
The betting markets still give the election to Trump. However, the margin is growing smaller.

Vance was a very strategic move.
It means Trump is giving up on winning places like New Jersey, Minnesota, Virginia, and winning the popular vote. It means he's not chasing blacks or women.
JD Vance means he's going to focus like a laser on his base of non-college educated white males. He can win with these voters. He just needs to turn them out on election day. That's the challenge. This demographic are, unfortunately, low-propensity voters.
It's a big risk. And sometimes big risks fail. But it's a risk he has to take.
