Robert D. Philpot spoke to NBC News' Tom Llamas about what he saw at former President Trump's rally before the assassination attempt and what he believed was a "noticeable" difference in security compared to a previous rally he attended with his daughter.

I think he had access to the INSIDE of the building (whether he knew the owner or broke in) as there are typically ladders inside that lead to roof access. these ladders are generally mounted to the wall.

Oh, man. That article has so many lies I can’t stand it. They didn’t know about the shooter on the roof until he fired? We’ve got video of the snipers with the shooter in their sights for 30 seconds before the first shot. The guy only got 5-8 shots off before he was shot dead. They had no clue where the guy was but shot him dead before he could get 10 shots fired from a semi-automatic?

Somebody posted a thread asking if anybody remembered Biden saying last week that Trump was going to have a very bad week ahead. As of the last I saw on that thread nobody had a link for it and I tried to look for whatever I could but the search engines are too compromised. I wonder if somebody in 8chan would be able to find it, if it exists.

In that article I just looked at one of the sources said the Secret Service had INCREASED Trump’s security within the last month. Compare that to what so many people are talking about, how there was hardly any security there at this event at all, compared to past events.

Yet we’re supposed to believe they UPPED his security for this event?

Just for information -— outer perimeter was covered by local police which also included Pittsburgh officers - keep in mind Pittsburgh is a deep blue city.

(Remember that school shooting where local officers waited so very long before acting...)

Shooter got on the building roof and shot his rounds in less than ten minutes of Trump speaking so he knew he had only a very few minutes before he’d be discovered.

I always thought when it came to protecting the nation’s leaders AND ex-presidents, SS sees a gun and takes the person out BEFORE they have a chance to use it.

I think the sniper was worrying about becoming another Chauvin.

Anyway, the real comparison would be between Obama’s security and Trump’s or George W. Ex-presidents. Do Obama and Bush W have short fat chicks as SS agents? Do they have SS people or cops on every roof when there’s only a half a dozen roofs to cover? Do they check every building one last time for things like ladders going to a roof?
