I think he had access to the INSIDE of the building (whether he knew the owner or broke in) as there are typically ladders inside that lead to roof access. these ladders are generally mounted to the wall.

This building had an outside ladder that was shown in a picture yesterday. Now I don’t know that he used that ladder as a witness said they saw him shimmering up the building, maybe on a downspout. Anyway, it’s very normal for businesses to have outside ladders on their buildings, you see them all the time on the back of McDonald’s and BK and other restaurants, they are usually locked and can’t be climbed by the public.

Except witnesses, including red hair, said they saw him climbing a ladder on the OUTSIDE of the building.

There’s a Youtube video with a helicopter doing a 360 around the building and you can see a ladder on one of the connecting walls on the exterior of the building. Where did that ladder come from?
