She does. lol I wonder if Tapper and Bash were given two sets of questions to use depending on how the debate was faring for Biden. I hate to say it, but they’ve actually come off as being evenhanded in this debate. I think they know Biden lost it in the opening minute.

I wonder if the biden whispering is meant to hide his verbal stumbles, or if he doesn’t have the energy to speak at a normal level.
I suppose if it was the latter, CNN could boost the audio from his mic.
